I had just purchased a replacement taxi for my business. The ramp was missing. I found an advert for a ramp from your company on Ebay. A quick phone call confirmed that you had it in stock. I took a short detour on my drive from Southend on sea to Scotland. I was met by a young man from your warehouse (apologies I did not get his name) who greeted me with a grin and a 'Can I help you?' I explained my predicament and he had a look at the luggage area of my new cab and at how a ramp would connect to the seating space. We also both agreed that the ramp I had picked would not fit in the luggage area. He then took me straight to your sales/display area and carefully explained all the options open to me and answered every question I had. I described what I was thinking I needed and he was able to tell me that it was called a 'Multi fold' but that you had sold out of them. I explained that I was a bit stuck as I am one of only 2 full time wheelchair accessible cabs in my area. He then asked if I would mind waiting till he had a scour around.
Around 5 mins later he appears carrying a 'Multi fold' and explains it has been a demo model, he shows me the marks on it, shows how it attaches to the seating area and shows how it folds and sits in the luggage area. I agree it is the one I need and that I will take it. I am then directed upstairs to pay and on return the ramp is loaded into the luggage space and I am on my way.

I will recommend your company to any of my colleagues, based on my experiences with your staff member. I would also suggest that you give this young man the wherewithal to not only work the warehouse but also to look after on site sales with access to a price list . This man is an asset to you and your company and should be given a chance to diversify and to explore his capabilities.

I ordered a 4ft ramp via EBay to be delivered to my local Argos. It was delivered exactly as promised and is a quality product that is value for money.

My husband is now able to access our property in his wheelchair easily.

Very quick delivery and excellent product.Its light enough to move around the property and is ideal for wheelchairs and getting the lawn mower into an awkward shed

After hunting for a ramp I could use to wheel my business equipment weighing about 90 KGs in to the back of my van, I decided on the centre fold 6 foot ramp. The description on the website was easy to understand. The quoted weight limit was fine, the compact size and weight were great.
Delivery was as expected. The product was as described. The best part was the price- it was the cheapest suitable option I could find on the internet.

Company was prompt and efficient, product just as expected. I phoned the company to check arrival date and was dealt with very helpfully and efficiently and ramp arrived promptly. Although expensive, the ramp is perfect for our needs as it fits over the lip on our upvc fitted front door. The recommended length does make the ramp very heavy but, as my wife does not use her wheelchair unaided, I reduced the length and this is now lighter and easier to manage and store. We had been waiting over three weeks for a ramp from social services and this was leading to my wife becoming 'stir crazy', so the roll a ramp, though very pricey, has been priceless in terms of her quality of life.

Excellent fast service. this ramp has given back freedom to my husband who can now access his garden.

Purchased 5ft wheelchair ramp for to get my elderly mum in/out house safely
Ramp is sturdy enough and good quality for price paid albeit slightly heavy in 5ft version but manageable.
I would recommend, more than happy with purchase and would recommend rollaramp
