Nice packaging and quality.

There was a problem with my initial order due to an error in the ring's description on the company website. The center amethyst stone was significantly smaller than advertised. Romalar was quick to correct their error. The ring's description on their website was changed to the smaller size center stone. But Romalar made a new ring for me with the larger stone that was cited in error on the website. They honored the original price and expedited the new order. I am very pleased with the new ring. It's exactly what I was expecting. The setting is very well made and the amethyst is a lovely and bright shade of purple. I commend the company for taking responsibility for their error, correcting it and making sure I was satisfied . I am so impressed by their product and customer service that I plan to order from them again in the very near future.

Simply amazing

It didn’t look like the picture which I saw!!!!

I was a bit annoyed that it was taking time to move from the facility, however my email was answered within 24 hours with an update. My ring came fairly quick after that and honestly it's gorgeous. So, so worth the wait. Excellent craftsmanship. I would 100% order from the again.

My ring color and clarity is nothing like what the picture looks like. I am very disappointed with this.

After ordering a replacement wedding set, it arrived fairly quick and was beautiful. However the wedding band was different than the picture. After contacting customer service, I received a response quickly, uploaded a photo of what I received and was sent a replacement band free of charge. The new band just arrived and is gorgeous! Very happy with my order! Thank You!

I had a really great experience with Romalar Jewelry. The ring looks even more beautiful in person, the quality feels solid, and it has such an elegant, delicate design. It honestly exceeded my expectations.
Shipping was smooth and everything arrived well-packaged, which I really appreciated. You can tell they pay attention to details, not just in the jewelry but in the whole experience.

The ring we received was exactly what we expected and met every need. The price point was okay and the coupon made it worth it.
However, even after paying $150 extra for expedited shipping and handling, the ring took far longer than originally calculated.
Add that to the fact they chose not to honor part of their deal about getting a free necklace because they’re “limited in quantity and will be given away while supplies last”. There was no communication that the deal would not be honored until the rest of my order came in the mail and I contacted customer service.
I will not order here again. Treat your customers better

It went to the wrong address in totally different state at first but thankfully the one who received it was kind enough to mail it to us. The only support reachable was through email, no phone number, so it scared us at first, but we've received the ring and it's beautiful. The stones and the silver are all very shiny and everything seems real. I've been wearing my rings for 5 days now, no problems. I love my new rings!

The ring I bought looks better than in the pictures, it looks good quality and the ruby is very nice for a lab job, I will certainly buy here again. The only problem I had was with shipping but the support team resolved my complaint correctly and pleasantly

I was looking for the perfect graduation gift for my sister and this ring was it! The amethyst is a beautiful, rich purple and the cut makes it sparkle. She mentioned how comfortable the sterling silver band is to wear all day.

I bought this opal ring for my wife, and she's thrilled with it. The stone has a beautiful play of color, and the craftsmanship is excellent - she can't stop admiring it.
