Positives - I was very pleased with the colour and the material. The blind looks really nice and goes well with my decor. Delivered within the estimated time given.

Negatives - Extremely poor quality brackets which would not lock into place correctly and had to be manually adjusted to hold the blind in place. The brackets were not strong enough to hold the headrail and the weight of blind.

Order was easy to place delivery information was accurate and blinds were as described. An easy transaction.

Blinds are excellent. Delivery notification was confusing because it said the delivery was from a different company, which I presume to be Roman Blinds parent company.

Our Roman blinds arrived which were for our conservatory and they are fabulous, we love them. We then ordered another one for the corner window as we were not sure how it would fit . We phoned to amend our order as we noticed we have order the wrong side for the control chain. This was easily resolved with a quick phone call. Great service 👍🏻

Stumbled across Roman blinds when I was looking for new curtain poles when I had a date for my new windows being fitted as didn’t want to be without coverings on my windows. Thankfully my choices were able to be sent to me very quickly and were well wrapped, easy to fit and most importantly looked good. Just been back for another pole and some hooks I didn’t get first order.

Bought "blackout" blinds from Roman Blinds Direct and left feeling underwhelmed & ripped off, the quality was awful. Instead of blocking out light, the blinds have gaping holes at the seams making the term "blackout" laughable. I've bought similar blinds from Blinds 2 Go before and whilst the seams are visible; they didn't let any light through. Wish I could attach pictures to this review....

I contacted customer support & they offered no help and just said this is how they're manufactured. I asked for a partial refund given the high price of these blinds, but they refused. I requested a few strips of the blackout material to patch the holes myself—again they declined saying they couldn't provide that.

To make matters worse, the blinds don't appear to have been pressed properly. When you try to close them, they just bunch up messily and not along the "folds".

There's no option to upgrade the plastic chain to a more metal one like other companies and the wall plugs included cheap / poor quality.

I ended up putting some white electrical tape on the back that has helped a bit but extremely disappointed with the quality and support.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
