Outstanding service. Cristina, the dispatcher, was super friendly, organized, and easy to communicate with. Everything was handled smoothly from the start. The airport on the other hand was total chaos due to the union strikes, but that's another story.

Vasile was my driver this morning. I am always early and was waiting outside the pickup spot and to my surprise I found a text from Vasile that he was nearby, waiting for me to be ready for pickup (narrow street… he couldn’t wait there). He loaded my luggage and off we went, a full 15 minutes before he was scheduled to pick me up. I appreciate that! The ride was smooth and easy and the trip to the airport was a pleasure. I’ll use their services again and will request Vasile if possible! Super service. Thanks again

Daniel drive four of us from Rome to Florence and on another occasion to the Amalfi coast. He was wonderful the whole time and pointed out interesting things. I recommend Rome limo transfer to anyone wanting a prompt friendly service.

Daniel was a few minutes early and let us know he was there when he arrived. He was courteous and personable. He took us from our hotel to the airport quickly and safely. The van was clean and smelled great. It was a great experience closing out our trip to Rome.

Vasile took us from Port Civitavecchia to FCO. He was prompt, friendly, helpful. We also had multiple other transfers and tours with Rome in Limo and had an absolutely fantastic experience!!! Would highly recommend!!!

We booked Rome in a Limo for a day trip from Naples port to the Amalfi coast, Sorrento and Pompeii. We were a family party of 6. Everyone agreed it was the best day of the entire holiday. Diago was our driver and guide. He was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable about the area and spoke with passion about his home town of Naples. More than that however, in the day we spent with him, we felt like we’d popped to Naples to meet an old friend. He was so welcoming, I think if we ever went to Naples again, we would book Diago to take us on a different tour. I had originally booked a tour of Naples with the cruise company, but having watched videos on you tube decided to cancel that trip and book with Rome in a Limo and we were so glad that we did. We saw so much more, were well looked after and for a family or 6 it worked out cheaper. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rome in a Limo and Diago. You will be very well taken care of.

I trust these guys 100% with transportation needs. Driver is professional, on time , helpful and very courteous. The van is big, AC, very clear, large for all the family and 8 pieces of luggage. I use a wheelchair and he made it very easy for me to get in and out of the van. Would highly recommend this service and especially Vasile to anyone who uses a wheelchair and is able to stand and walk a few steps to get in and out of a van. Fabulous!!
