Some stand out members of the Team at Roomex really make them great to work with. Onboarding for our business was smooth and they were very accommodating with the set up of plat forms and what we wanted them to be. Group booking function and Roomex Pay Cards are both valuable additions to the service and worked well for us. Contact outside of working hours could be improved in case of any issues when arriving at a hotel, with a quicker response time and some descriptions of places to stay could be better i.e. parking and additional charges. All in all we are happy customers and look forward to Roomex growing with us! Thank you!

Terrible. You go to book a hotel which is available. You then add breakfast, suddenly the hotel is no longer available.

I use Roomex to book hotel and rail travel for employees on a regular basis. Super simple booking platform, easy to navigate, great filters to allow you to find the right hotel.
Recently added a carbon reporting package which is increasingly important for our business.
My business uses Roomex to manage company hotel bookings, and have also worked with Roomex to arrange some off-site meetings. In my experience, the customer support team are always super helpful and responsive and the booking platform is a great self-service tool.
In some instances booking with the hotel directly can be a couple of £ cheaper - but we generally just book via Roomex as we know they'll advocate of us if last minute cancellations arise.

In theory, it should be a great idea - like a fuel card, but for accommodation.
In practice, once set up, our first invoice was 30% higher than the invoice we received from the accommodation provider. Absolutely no response to my query via email - which was funny, as they practically spammed us beforehand trying to get us to use it.

Terrible service, we used them as a hotel booking service with work, as they were supposed to simplify hotel bookings, but they only work 9-5 monday - friday UK time, and the hotel I was staying in couldn't verify if they were going to get paid on check out, so I had to cover the hotel myself and expense it.
Roomex then double charged the company for the hotel stay that they were never charged for, and we are still waiting on the refund (will update once it goes through).
Everything was messy and embarrassing, and they were impossible to get contact from another timezone and the don't seem to be in any way connected to the hotels for changes to the bookings.
DO NOT USE ROOMEX for your company hotel bookings, use booking.com, you can use an app to make changes and you will build up points.
