We had Harvey helping us show around the houses available and he made very good compromises for us, taking into consideration about some of our tenants being abroad and being very flexible with the conditions of our tenancy. We felt very well prepared with all the information he gave us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

Rooms4U have been very friendly with us, we even received chocolates and Prosecco at Christmas since having some slight problems in the house. Relatively easy to get hold of and use a good online system for reporting issues.

I am a student, & currently a tenant with Rooms4U in one of their 6 bedroom properties. I have had a very positive experience as a tenant in this property, and therefore have decided to rent another Rooms4U property in the next academic year. The team are friendly, easy to contact, and are quick to resolve any issues in the house. The website used to communicate between ourselves and the company is so easy to navigate, and allows us to log maintenance issues easily, and these get resolved very quickly. As well as this, the team are easy to contact via email/phone call if we require speaking to someone. Paying our rent is also very easy to do, and we can clearly see our past payments/outstanding payments on the website which makes it clear and easy to track your rent instalments.

Thanks to Rob my group was able to find the perfect flat for us, we're so excited to move in! This is my second time moving with rooms4u and they're always helpful and communicative

Rooms4u are always very friendly and efficient whenever they come to the house for maintenance. After two year of renting through them, I would definitely recommend rooms4u to students looking for housing in Liverpool!

It feels quite rare to find a student letting company that is as quick and efficient as rooms4u. I'm currently in a studio, and have signed up for next year in the same flat. Any time I've had any issues, well trained professionals are at my door within a day to fix whatever has broken. My previous letting agent probably would have taken about a month to organise the same thing...
