Absolute amazing service provided by Karen. She was easy to communicate with, and put up with all our requests! She was able to sort out a last minute overlook on the day without a hitch, and was so lovely towards us. Cannot recommend her services enough and we are so happy with the outcome. I can’t even put into words how fantastic this company is, ran by the lovely Karen. She literally made our wedding day perfect. Our room was decorated with blossom trees, centre pieces, table plan, card box and even on the night before the wedding emergency sashes that she went down to her workshop and ironed last minute. She is the loveliest lady and so talented. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Everyone at our wedding was asking about the decor and complimenting the room. Strongly recommend!!

Karen was very prompt when we enquired about having a cherry blossom tree canopy for our wedding at the Swan Hotel in Newby Bridge. It looked amazing and it made our photos look amazing. Karen at Roses and hearts has played a huge part in our wedding plans.
She produced, printed, and delivered our beautiful wedding invites to our door.
Although we had an idea of what we wanted on the invites, Karen came up with some designs and ideas based around the colour scheme of our wedding.
Once we had chosen our final product, Karen produced a draft copy for us to view and check over to make sure we were 100% happy with everything.
The finished product was of a high quality and standard and unique to us.
With Karens expertise in this field we got exactly what we wanted.

Thankfully Karen was available at such short notice and was always quick to respond. I sent her some pinterest photos of ideas that I'd like and she got my style perfect... all the lights flowers and foliage were exactly what I was after. She worked for as long as needed the day before and day of our wedding - I was upset at the fact I didn't have any form of sash or cover for the top table (it didn't occur to me) and Karen offered her services last minute to provide me a tulle sash to make it look pretty! So glad she was there to help- definitely recommend :)

Absolutely cannot fault their communication and commitment to customers 1 bit, I have had fantastic customer service throughout the entire process. A company that manages to maintain a high level of professionalism whilst being completely friendly and making a bride feel at ease about preparations for her wedding day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I wanted our anniversary to be somehow special during lockdown. Karen managed to pull out the most amazing decor for our dining room in a week. She was extremely professional and went the extra mile with final little touches.

I can not recommend Karen enough she was so lovely kept me fully informed and even took time out to wish him a happy birthday! The menu cards were beautifully presented and amazing quality, I was so happy with my order, Thankyou Karen for helping make my sons birthday perfect 😍

An excellent service from Karen from start to finish. She decorated the tables for our wedding reception at Ravenstone Manor and they looked stunning. Would highly recommend.

Supplied us with some seat covers for our wedding. With government restrictions our plans changed a few times leading up to the wedding but they were very helpful in quoting for different things and accommodating in what we needed. Chair covers were great and would recommend Roses and Hearts for any of your wedding/event requirements.

Karen supplied us with some lovely little white shepherds crooks and mini bird cages to line the path to the tipis at our wedding on Saturday. I had looked for these everywhere so was so pleased that she had them, they looked fantastic! Karen has a huge range of decorations so I would definitely use her again for any future events. Our caterer recommended Roses and Hearts / Karen to supply table linen for our wedding back in March. Karen was very friendly and very promptly responded to any queries we had. Making an order and the process of delivery and return was pain free which meant one less worry for us both to deal with on our wedding day. The quality of the table linen was exceptional and we couldn't be happier or more grateful for the standard of service.

We decided to book through Karen after meeting her at a wedding fair, from first meeting her we 100% knew she was the right person to choose, she was so lovely and helpful and had an amazing collection of things to hire, the service & contact throughout our planning was made so easy for ourselves thanks to Karen and she really made out special day so easy for ourselves and it looked amazing would highly recommend her services ❣️

Me and my partner got married on the 14th February 2020. We only booked it 6 months prior and as soon as I seen Karen’s Facebook page I knew I wanted her to decorate my room and it was just luck when I messaged she had my date available :) from the very start of messaging to the very end I couldn’t of asked for a more amazing service/ response, any questions/ queries I had they were dealt with very professional and was never a problem to Karen. We hired 2 cherry blossom trees with the Perspex plinths for them to stand on and also our ruffle chair covers which were amazing!! Everyone on the day commented how amazing our room looked, it was everything I dreamed off! I would defiantly recommend these guys. Thank you soo much for everything xx
