At 5 minutes before closing time, they went above and beyond to get my car insurance changed, very impressed!

Titi was very helpful in resolving my query. It is just a shame it took 7 weeks from my renewal date for someone to offer me a better quote despite my annoyance and querying of the original quote only to be told that it is what it is because of my open claim. Titi told me that was not the case and as the claim is on my old policy I am open to change to a better alternative.
