We walked into the Edinburgh store without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and were promptly seated.

I gave some brief details of what I was looking for and Rameesa brought the first 2 rings.

Now, I research. A lot. I had specifications and questions re table %, depth %, size of stone and the considerations of 4 prong v 6 prong settings, how a wedding band would sit with the ring etc. The list went on and on. In a very unintrusive way, Rameesa listened intently to what both of us had to say, reacted, brought something else maybe to try to help our decision or answer the question. There was no feeling of being sold to. We said we'd need some time to think and left.
I wanted to ask my parents to join us to let them feel involved so we popped back in to ask. That request was met warmly and when we asked if our dog could come that was also a yes. Appointment booked for the next day, we arrive back at the shop and Rameesa had no issue in showing the same rings to my parents, and, of course, to us again. We had a few more questions and deliberations and we were given the time to work that through in our minds with input and advice where we needed it.

The items on display are gorgeous, the shop is exquisite so it feels special, like a nice place to buy from. Our experience through Rameesa was first class. We don't yet have the fabulous ring we have ordered so this review covers initial shop visit and up to completion of the order.

As a final point, I expected my ring to come in at a higher price point taking into account the shop setting, location etc. When we arrived home I specced the ring online and could see we seemed to have an excellent ring and setting for a very decent price point.

Very pleased with purchase. Great company. Lovely packaging. Ring arrived within 24 hrs. Showing only one photo of product makes it hard to make a decision and would have liked to see more photos of the ring (preferably one on a hand). Having said that, I would definitely use this company again.
