Very pleased with purchase. Great company. Lovely packaging. Ring arrived within 24 hrs. Showing only one photo of product makes it hard to make a decision and would have liked to see more photos of the ring (preferably one on a hand). Having said that, I would definitely use this company again.

My husband and I were searching for a replacement engagement and wedding ring for me and were delighted with the service and products at Rox. We had never heard of this Jewellers and came across it by accident. We had been in other jewellers but not found what I was looking for. Celia took care of us and was knowledgable, warm and friendly. She listened to what I liked and was able to show us both natural and lab grown diamonds so we could compare and we found the perfect rings. They were able to ship the correct size from their Glasgow store and 3 days later I had my rings.
I couldn’t be happier.

From the moment we walked into the Liverpool store we just knew this was the place to buy our wedding rings. We had previously picked out a few online and Sue the manager made sure they were all available for us to view when we arrived.
Sue also helped with some other suggestions as she now already knew the type of rings we liked, they were much nicer than what we originally picked out!

We sat for ages trying them all on and mulling over the final rings, champagne and chocolates were offered and we chatted for ages about our wedding and all the plans we had made. It struck us that at no point did we feel we had taken up too much of their time, on the contrary we were made to feel very welcome and they were interested in our story.

That would have been enough for a glowing review in itself but the mark of a business is in how they deal with after sales and customer care.

When we returned some weeks later to pick up the rings my ring was a little big and worried it could easily slip off and be lost a new one was made. At the risk of sounding like Goldilocks here the new one was ever so slightly too tight, so that ring was then resized. At no point were we made to feel this was a problem in fact it was quite the opposite, their aim was to make sure we were happy and we had the perfect ring. Each time met with the same professionalism and friendliness, champagne and chocolates. Sue is a credit to the company and we are both so grateful for our beautiful wedding rings, we couldn’t be happier. Carol & Rachel

Great customer service, and very prompt delivery, which was marred by the carelessness of the couriers DPD. The outer box was crushed and torn, resulting in the gift bag inside looking very creased and the gift box damaged. Fortunately, the lovely bracelet was unharmed. As this was a gift for someone, I emailed ROX customer services asking if it would be possible to send me a replacement gift bag and box, and received an almost immediate reply from Blair, who checked when I was going to give the gift, and then arranged for replacements to be sent, which I received very quickly. Excellent customer service.

Wow! After shopping for an engagement ring for 2 1/2 years, 1 visit to this Liverpool Rox, whilst we were down for a trip, resulted in not only finding the dream ring but it being better than anything we had previously viewed.

We were contacted in advance by Celia to give some ideas, on the day Celia met with us and we were at ease from the get go.
There was no pressure from Celia, she just had lots of knowledge and advice for us both.
We purchased the ring and the team fast tracked the resizing quickly for us to collect from the Glasgow store.

I think I can honestly say I probably would still be shopping for a ring if it wasn’t for Celia.
Highly recommend you look out for her, no matter what purchase you are making.

My Daughter has wanted this specific ring but just like her mum she has big fingers we tried some jewellers and even the brand but couldn’t source a ring that would fit any of her fingers. She has a special birthday this year so decided to search online and found Rox had a size that she could wear. Communication has been really good with quick free delivery thank you Rox
