For all those who were scammed by Royal Regis Travel & Tours, I am suggesting that one should initiate/lead to organized a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I am also one of the victim so I am encouraging all of you. I was scammed on Aug. 2022

ROYAL REGIS A BIG BIG FRAUD FRAUD!
We have been selected on withdraws tickets by Royal Regis (i guess the selections was based on our foreign european nationalities) and then they invite you to collect your wowcher where they make you sit for 3 to 4 hrs. Forget about the wowcher. They are here to force you to buy their travel package. They told us that the amount of the package is on installements that makes you feel that is a very good deal but ACTUALLY the take you all the money at ONCE from your bank account. Ask many times about the installement to MR PUSHKAR MALHOTRA ( PLEASE CHECK ATTACHED PICTURE OF HIM) , salesman who deal us that day AND HE ASSURE US that the amount is deducted every months till 2 years so why all the money have been taken??? They are ready to lie on anything to sell their package! Even though HE asked me to sign on the contract where there was nothing filled before i signed! Once i went back home, i realised that they filled the whole amount of the package on that page without my consent. This company is really a BIG FRAUD, dont be trapped!
The same day, we emailed that we want to cancel it. And we got called to their office in al Mumzair, where MR SYED, operational manager assist us. They are all one companie,all of them liars, one liar to support the other one , they found a way to point a finger at you! If anyone needs help or information please contact me.

I never used our package due to covid pandemic . Now i realized that mails are bouncing back and phone likes are discount.

Same here I'm a Pearl member 2021 and next month I'll be finishing my 24 months payments and deciding to have a tour but can't contact them anymore (emails, landlines, mobiles). From the 1st I claimed my welcome vouchers and that it. Someone there are same case? Let's help each other to catch them and file a case as group. It will be strong complaints if group on the same cases.

Royal Regis is a big time Scammer.
I am a SAPPHIRE member of Royal Regis since 2019.
Due to covid I was unable to plan my tour.
Now I am ready to plan my Europe tour but,
Royal Regis is not responding to any of my mails or picking up the calls.

Big Scammers, Big Cheaters

I am a Sapphire member since Dec 2019. Then Covid Started, no one could travel. Now the company is locked out, missing and cheated we are all. I am ready to lodge legal complaint, let us join together and put them under bars.

we were scammed too with around AED.20,000 which we paid for 24months. Is there a way we can refund this?

SCAMMER!
If you paid and realized late that they are scammers. You can still stop or cancel the deduction from your bank. Do not accept/approve the processing of your bank for the monthly deduction. In this way they cannot deduct from your account. I hope this can help to those who will read this review. Please share this so we can help others.

Same as everyone else. We got the Sapphire package and haven't heard from anyone via phone calls or emails. Please let us know if anyone filed a complain or heard from there. Has anyone managed to visit their office?

Royal Regis - since last 5 months no response. Mails bouncing back, phones switched off. If anyone has any information how to contact them or are there in any other country like UK etc..

Same story as everyone else on this thread, took the Sapphire package and paid upfront, such a bad move and big mistake (my wife told not to but i didn't listen).
Anyway, these crocs deserve to be exposed and i am in for any group complain to stop these guys from harming other people.

They cheeted me, I have given complaint in Dubai economics department, they told me that to go for legal action.Please let me any body already started legal action against..I can also join

We had taken sapphire membership with royal Regis and they had always dodged our requests for travel plans. Now no response.Mails bouncing back,phones switched off. If anyone has any information or if anyone going legally, do contact so we can also join.
