Rr Jewellers Reviews

Do not buy from this company. They charge you for a watch and it never arrives. There is no corresponance from their "web team". I've been awaiting 2 months and nothing.
I spoke to their high street team who said that their owner doesn't let the shop refund... it all has to be done by the web team but the web team never replies. I was advised by the shop team to recover it from my bank.
This is a lesson in checking reviews before buying.

I bought a watch over 1k was told upto 28 days to be delivered? A bit strange but they have a shop on tne High Street verified by Google earth, then nothing another 2 weeks passed i was assured its coming another 2 weeks passed nothing after 3 months ive spoke to the bank and they have disputed it, what on earth? Never received it, something dodgy here

Terrible service and false advertising. The delivery timeframe was listed as 14 days when I bought the watch, only to be moved to 21 days after payment. Over 4 weeks later, I still have nothing. I emailed them three times without a single reply. I've now had to involve my bank to try and get a refund for this expensive item as i am out of pocket big time. The price of watch was good at the time, but as i have not had deliver, and communication has stopped completely, I am now thinking that i have just been scammed?

Total scam. I ordered a watch advertised with a 14-day delivery window. It has now been many weeks without any sign of the watch, any update, or a refund. I have reached out via email multiple times and have been met with complete silence. Terrible service and terrible communication.
