Excellent service. I found Vicki at Red Rock Estate and Property Management extremely efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Vicki has been prompt to answer any queries that were raised and she proved to be a great asset whilst we were working on a project in one of the blocks she manages.

I first called the contact number and Rracy received the call. As English is not my native language and I am 75 years old, I was deeply impressed by Tracy's patience. She understood my concern quickly and check and follow up immediately. That saves me to call a second time. We'll done, Tracy.

RR is always very efficient to deal with across all enquiries, whether that's invoicing or important communication regarding the property. The process is super straightforward! :)
