Ordered money taken same 4 days later and nothing. Apparently after phoning cs they take 4 days plus to get from France, then 2/3 days so order will arrive hopefully within 10 days. Should be made clear on website.

I bought Mustang boots from Rubbersole and they started to peel off after 3 months of purchase. I have worn them only occasionally. Horrible quality. I've wrote an email to customer service but they never replied. I wouldn't recommend, it's a waste of money and time.

I ordered a pair of boots and made for express delivery. They were supposed to be delivered by Evri on 09/01 but have still not arrived, with Evri saying that the delay is due to the parcel being larger than expected!

When ordering it was suggested to go a size smaller,my order was a Christmas present and they are to small

Bought some Barbour wellie short boots from this site and I just want to say credit to the company . The product was excellent value in price and quality , they came well before the 17th December deadline in fact within 24 hours of the order . Absolutely love my new boots and would recommend this website based on my customer experience - AM 13/12/25

My order was dispatched on 25th of November, for delivery on 27/28th of November. No sign of my order yet. Using Evri to deliver as I found with other companies has poor performance of delivery times. Received e-mails to apologise for delay,hopefully arrives before Christmas 😅

I bought boots for my daughter and am very pleased with both the purchase and the overall shopping experience. The item arrived quickly, was well packaged. It was as described and in brand new perfect condition. The price was also significantly lower than on the manufacturer’s website. I highly recommend Rubbersole and will definitely buy from them again.

UPDATE 18/11/2025 - Rubbersole asked me to email again to resolve non reimbursement of return postage. (See comments below for context). Emailed again on 4 November 2025, as can never get through on the phone. STILL NO RESPONSE OR REFUND OF POSTAGE AS PROMISED BY RUBBERSOLE. Avoid ordering if you may need to return and don’t want hassle and broken promises.

Tried to return my item with Yodal, the courier company used by Robbersole. All my local drop off points refused to accept the parcel as they were overloaded due to Yodal not collecting. Spoke to Rubbersole customer services who advised me to use another courier and they would refund the postage cost. Six weeks after providing my receipt and other requested details and despite chasing I have still not received the refund for my postage. Not impressed with the service provided and will not buy from Rubbersole again.

I’d ordered 4 pairs of boots to try as I live rurally. Great range, decent prices. I kept 2 and returned 2. I got worried then when I read some reviews, but I’m happy to say I received the full refunds within 24 hours after posting! And the returns were free. Considering the struggles I’ve had with another company recently I’d really happy with this!

Trainers arrived really quickly, great quality and a really good price compared to anywhere else I have seen them. Very happy.

I’m not usually one to complain. We ordered two pairs of Jeffry West shoes costing almost £400. They were left on our doorstep in the pouring rain, no knock at the door even though we were home. When my partner open the door later that day he brought them inside and they were absolutely drenched (not only the paper packaging and cardboard but also the shoes)
Thanks, this was meant to be a lovely birthday present for my husband! Now absolutely ruined. Might I suggest when sending expensive items for delivery you put them into waterproof packaging. What are we supposed to do now with water stained expensive shoes that cost almost £400 …Can you please advise? I look forward to your reply.

I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly. My order has never arrived. It shows up as 'delivered' on their website. Their customer service number does not work. It all seems to be a scam...

Ordered Barbour Readhead brown boots as per ad but received Timbertan colour.
Would have been five star review otherwise because order process, delivery and price was excellent.

As for the boots, they are very comfortable (this is approx my 9th or 10th pair of Barbour Readheads in last 10 years) and i love wearing them. Only downside is they don't last long enough before sole starts splitting and coming apart etc - superglue prolongs the lifespan!

Rubbersole, if you do have brown version in stock please let me know and I'll buy another pair (looks like Barbour don't offer brown version any longer)

The wrong size was sent.
I paid for express delivery as I needed the shoes for an event.
They fitted my husband so he is keeping them. I need another pair but nervous about ordering it again
