I couldn't be happier with how I was treated by Rubens. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better. I had some difficult moments in selling my house that I'm not sure any other agent would have had the patience to deal with me on these issues and walk me through them as calm as he did.
