Great Customer Service
Wanted to give a big shout out to Leo and the great customer service I received. I inadvertantly purchased the wrong frame but it was changed with the minimum of fuss and on this occasion at no extra cost for postage. Have used them before and will do so again without hesitation.

10/10 service
10/10 service. The frames arrived quickly and look stunning! Slight error with one of the frames but Leo quickly resolved it for me within a couple of hours of me raising it - no quibble. I also love the little personalised postcard included in the package. This company is fantastic in every aspect! Thank you Rubix!

Really good quality
Really good quality and excellent customer service. I’ve ordered multiple times from these guys and have never had ANY issues AT ALL. Pricing is reasonable and you get much more for your money than buying via Amazon, etc. Postage is also really quick and you’re kept up to date the entire time.

Very Poor Frame quality
CD frames were extremely poor quality for the price. Delivery times were great but the poor product quality alone is more than enough to keep me from coming back. Would not recommend.

Great Company, Great Product, Great People
Had a brilliant experience dealing with Rubix. When I ordered the incorrect type of frames (ordered DVD instead of Blu Ray). I contacted Rubix who were super helpful, really understanding and just made sure everything was sorted. I sent back the old ones but they sent the new ones with no extra charge and were super communicative throughout. Have recommended these to my colleagues and friends and would 100% use them again
