Ruby sweeps is fun to play and you do win and can get redemption from the sign on bonus.
You don't have to play a ridiculous amount to redeem.
They processed my winnings quickly, I didn't have to wait 3 to 5 days I got my winnings the next day. Within a 24 hr period.

Good support - I won some of the sweepstakes on Ruby Sweeps but unfortunately I had made an error on some of my information, which caused an issue during redemption. I worked with support who discovered the issue and once found, very quickly worked with me to get it corrected. They communicated with me throughout the process. Thank you.

Don't waste your money on this casino, they have very few games and they are all terrible. When you hit free spins, When you are finally able to, you don't win hardly anything. It Sucks in my opinion. Don't waste your hard earned cash on this....

Once upon a time there was a sweeps casino called Loyal Royal.
They disappeared one day and screwed over anyone who had money in there. I'm sure you can find quite a few data points online about it, that Ruby Sweeps does not want you to see!

A few months later, Ruby Sweeps enters the arena - owned by the same people who owned Loyal Royal!

That alone should make you wary of putting any money in their site!

But lets assume you missed those red flags-

When I signed up, I reviewed their terms and there was no mention whatsoever of issuing 1099s.

I specifically asked their customer support (which is not very supportive) if they issue 1099s, and was told they do not. That answer made perfect sense, considering they are not located in the United States!

Before I continue, let me be clear that i absolutely report every cent of my net winnings to the IRS on my 1040.

I submitted a redemption to Ruby Sweeps a few weeks ago, and they reached out asking for my SSN. I refused to provide it because they would not report my winnings properly. When sweeps casinos issue 1099s, they do not include the amount spent on the site to offset the redemption amount - which erroneously inflates the income they report!
It has now been several weeks and they are holding my money hostage.

I would highly recommend you avoid this site. I am sure they will respond below with some kind of B.S. response. Take it with a grain of salt. They are not your friend, despite how friendly they may appear.

These guys are horrible. Ive been waiting now almost a month for a pretty small withdrawal. They don't have any semblance of customer service - no live chat and always a diffetent excuse. Submit endless tickets and am told thede is some delay, but should get it reallysoon. Dont worry, we can escalate and investigate it. Onvious delay tactics. YOU NEVER SENT IT. These folks are nothing but thieves. I'd stay far away!

Edit: Ruby Sweeps absolutely does not confirm withing 24 hours nor does it send out! They are lying. I have email chains to prove it. I have been waiting since 8/28 and NOTHING! I'll update if I ever see my money but not holding breathe.

EDIT 2: These guys simply refuse to pay me. It has been pretty much one month and its continual feet dragging. THESE GUYS SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

EDIT 3: Youve had my correct bank for one month. This is an excuse and in any case it should not take one month to determine. BOTTOM LINE: YOU HAVE HAD MY CORRECT INFORMATION!

EDIT 4: After over 1 month of delays (all on their side), they finally redeemed. Not good!

My account was disabled by me according to customer service which was not true on July 24and having been playing in August and even redeemed money that I haven't received in my account they saying that I have to provide some information in order to do a 1099 form however inorderi thought had to redeemed over 1200 to do this form and if they don't give me 150 dollars open my account so I can play it

Hi redeemed $80 on August 12th $50 on August 16th $300 on August the 22nd and 285 on August 23rd I total of 715 that I have yet not received I think the redemption process is ridiculous because it takes no time for them to take your money off your credit card to play but it takes too much time to receive your winnings and I play Ruby sweep's faithfully off of my credit card all I want is my money I'm trying to be patient

It’s been about 10 business days and I still haven’t gotten my money they told me I’d have it by today and still nothing I am deleting my account and I will never use this site again I’m just going to except the fact that I got ripped off and that they will never pay me DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Its been 9 days business (not including weekends) and I still haven’t received my redemption it takes customer service reps for ever to reach back out after I receive my redemption I will 1000% cancel my account with them

Its been 7 days and my redemption still hasn’t reached my bank account this is ridiculous I’ve redeemed in the past and received my redemption the most two days later customer service giving me the run around I was having a great experience until now whenever I receive my redemption I will change my review until then I’m disappointed 😔
