Still waiting on SweepSlots balance transfer with no update..

It's been almost 3 weeks now with no update on the balance transfer from SweepSlots. I had an email exchange with "Lila" who said that "Marc" has the details to transfer my accounts but have received no follow up or word other than "our hands are tired." Why offer balance transfers if you aren't going to follow through? Will update my review if anything changes but very disappointed atm.

Would give it 0 but no option is available!!! I redeemed on June 24 and still haven’t gotten my money!!! Here it is July 7. The excuse of they have to send it back to me to redeem because my card supposedly failed is bull 💩. I had redeem with the same card 2 times before that transaction. Within a weeks span.

Redemptions are slow..they were fast last year but like every other social casino it always ends with a lull in redemption times..I’ve been in the “review” phase since March 19th without any updates..it’s only $64 but it really is crazy it’s taking this long for that little amount t of money.

4 days ago I left a 1 star review for…

4 days ago I left a 1 star review for non-payment of my redemption but as most do, Ruby Sweeps left a rebuttal stating that it can take 5 to 7 business days to process a redemption. Here I am now, it's the 11th of March and my redemption was submitted on the 2nd of March and it's STILL in the 'reviewed' status. It's now the 7th business day and your claim to 5-7 business days is being surpassed and nothing has been sent to my account. I'd love to hear the reason now as to why I still haven't received my winnings. What could possibly be the reason now? I've spoken with your customer support team multiple times and I'm honestly just over being told the same thing repeatedly and nothing being actually done about this situation. The money isn't in my account, point blank, period. To be honest, I truly am so disappointed in you guys. I am not sure if you're having money issues or what but I put Ruby Sweeps up on a pedestal compared to everyone else and had nothing but respect and trust. I always referred your platform to people and spoke highly of you. How can you guys let me down and do this to me? Or to your customers? Aren't you at all concerned about your reputation and losing customers because of this? I do know that sweeps casinos are actually governed by someone and most aren't aware that you contact your states gaming commission when you feel you've been wronged or scammed. Just because the FTC doesn't govern sweeps casinos like they do traditional online casinos doesn't mean you aren't protected. There are many many things sweeps casinos must do and adhere to in order to operate in any US state and if those guidelines aren't followed perfectly they will be banned for the entire state and other things can come into play like being sued or fined. I haven't ever called these people or submitted a complaint although I probably should've with some other ones I've had trouble with but I tell you what, if that money isn't dropped into my account very very soon, I will be forced to. You make the decision for me and that's all I've got to say about this at this point. I guess we'll find out soon.

At first the free play daily wheel was great. The minimum you would get daily was .50 cents and went up to even $15.00 which I did in fact get a few times. But the recent change to the daily wheel is not so good. The minimum is .10 which they claim you can win up to $25.00 but it probably never happens. In my personal experience, I’ve only claimed .10 each freaking day and I’m not too impressed with this at all. I have been a loyal “Rubysweeper” since early 2023 and I spent a moderate amount of money and I don’t feel like I am getting the best VIP experience as I used to get.

I been playing here about two weeks. Started good decent bonus on the spins for about 3 days. Then it went to .50 then .25 for a few days and now just .10 spin for bonus. There slots are all .25 a spin.

This game doesn't allow you to win anything for real. You will spend more of your money than you receive. How in any game do you win .10 off of a win that supposed to be giving you a chance to win. Awful

I use to love playing on this platform…

I use to love playing on this platform but now the games don’t allow you to win anything anymore! Most of these game just spin hardly ever hit any pay boards and when you do get to a bonus round they don’t pay out right! Disappointing Experience with Ruby Sweeps Casino

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Ruby Sweeps Casino, which is disappointing because, at one point, I actually liked them. Unfortunately, my experience has taken a drastic turn for the worse.
As a player who referred others, I was supposed to receive rewards, but they never materialized. It's frustrating and feels like a slap in the face. I followed their referral program rules and brought in new players, but they didn't hold up their end of the deal.
Their communication is also unprofessional. They send out emails congratulating players on redeeming rewards, only to follow up with a "gotcha" email. It's insulting and shows a lack of respect for their players. I've received these emails multiple times, and it's infuriating.
Furthermore, their customer support is virtually non-existent. I've reached out to them multiple times with questions and concerns, but they rarely respond. When they do, it's often with a generic response that doesn't address my issue.
I strongly advise against playing at Ruby Sweeps Casino. Their unreliable nature, poor customer support, and unprofessional communication make them a casino to avoid. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for a trustworthy online casino.
