Aleks always delivers excellent service! We had a boiler breakdown and with two young kids, this was a big problem. Aleks came and resolved the issue effectively, explaining what had happened and how to remedy it. He's always insightful and great value too so a great combination! I'd truly recommend Aleks and Russell Heating!

Alex was responsive and super helpful, managed to make time to service the oil fired system and provided a clear report, made recommendations a was generally really helpful.

Alex was brilliant. My boiler packed up last Saturday emitting smelly fumes and locked out. Him and his team came immediately in the freezing rain and did not leave until the boiler was fixed and that for a very reasonable cost considering the conditions.

The following week he came and installed the above for me. Very smart and clean job.

Highly recommend him if you need anything done. Always answers his phone busy or not.
