RW& CO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SHAM
Ordered two dresses from a RW& CO marketplace vendor and received in Dec 2024 but only one of the two dresses fit. I tried to return the dress that didn't fit on Jan 9,2025 but could not access the order when I searched on the RW&Co website. I emailed customer service and shared my concern that my order number was not recognized when I searched so there's no way for me to contact the marketplace vendor to process a return. RW&CO replied by instructing me to take the very same steps that didn't work. Safe to say I followed up again week later with RW&CO with another email to customer service asking them to contact the vendor directly about my issue as the online return process doesn't work. Guess what? The vendor replied on Jan 21, 2025 to advise that my return will not be accepted because 45 days had passed despite my attempting to return before the 45 days deadline. This has left me deeply disappointed with the RW&Co shoddy customer service and will certainly never purchase from them in the future!

BEWARE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE FROM RW&C0
In November 2024 my wife ordered a winter jacket. Her visa was debited a total of $336.94, tax included. She later received it but it was not a proper fit. The mens jacket was ordered from RW&CO. She packaged it and I took it to the local RW&CO store. I was informed that they could not refund us because it was bought from an independent retailer who are allowed to sell on the RW&CO site, and that we would have to contact them. It turned out to be RCL, there are many who sell on the RW site. My wife went online and she did receive a return label with Canada Post, unfortunately Canada Post were on strike. The item was taken to Purolator and sent to the address that was given. We paid the $33.00 to send it back because we didn't know how long the strike would last. We were notified by Purolator that the item had been delivered to the said address. To this date we have not heard a word from the RCL supplier and no refund. We have recontacted RW& C0 the store where we bought the jacket from and they inform us that they have NOTHING TO DO with returns to the RCL supplier. At this time we are out the $336.94 and have exhausted all our avenues to get our refund.
The reluctance of RW&CO to assist us in any manner is totally unacceptable.
BUYER BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM RW&CO, YOU MAY BE RIPPED OFF THE SAME AS US.

Have to give a 1 to write a review, should be a zero. Sales team was great but clearly are there for the numbers. Customer service is non existant and goes dark the minute you raise an issue.
+ 5 weeks, goods not delivered and they obviously took their money.
Dont shop here, not worth it. They are a distributor with no ability to deliver. If it isnt on the shelf, beware!
Buy if you must. Else go somewhere else where price, service and product quality are there!

Garbage RW&Co customer service
Garbage RW&Co customer service and complete theft of monies. Can’t even get through to Purolator I have had a parcel lost in QC since November 29th and failed to be in transit let alone delivered going over 10 business days already, as of December 13th. RW&Co is not helping and this is now theft by RW&Co of almost $300 CAD and Purolator failing to deliver!!!

I am beyond disappointed with RW&CO. My package went missing, and instead of offering any support, you blamed the courier and refused to make things right. I trusted your brand, but after this experience, I will never shop with you again.

RW and Co in Coquitlam Centre is amazing. The staff there have always been very helpfu! I always shop there because of their great service and friendly approach! My fashionistas are Sara and Brianne ! They are truly the best.

I stitched the product to repair the massive defect. Contacted customer support who said nothing can be done since I "altered" the item. Sebastian was his name- extremely rude and condescending, and then ghosted me. I had spent several hundred $ at this store and will never spend another dime at RW&CO- overpriced garbage and they don't stand by their products.

I am extremely disappointed with RW&CO’s customer service. I ordered a business suit over two weeks ago, and my parcel has still not been delivered. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has picked up. I’ve also emailed them, but they refuse to open an investigation with the courier company, claiming that the parcel has been delivered, which it hasn’t.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of response and assistance from RW&CO is unacceptable. I advise others to think twice before purchasing anything from this company. Their customer service is absolutely lousy, and they clearly do not value their customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Bought 3 pairs of pants and the colour is washing out and there are pink shades are showing..and now threads are coming out . RW said it was my dry cleaner but it isn’t and then they said they warranty only for 60 days. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Placed an order online
Placed an order online as it had good discounts due to Mother's Day weekend. The order was cancelled for "billing reasons" - called my Credit card company, they said no issues on their end, although the cancellation said it was due to billing issue. Then I emailed them to place my order again with the same prices and they said they cannot honour my price - complete BS! And bc I got the cancellation email 3 days after I ordered, then obviously I cant get the discount on the website anymore. How can they approve my order and 3 days later cancel it
I bought a coat in January
I bought a coat in January. It is now March. This coat has fallen apart to the point of not wearing it. Within the first couple weeks strings were coming out of the seams , there’s now holes in the pockets. Very poorly made . Do not buy .you can get a better coat cheaper at Walmart or probably anywhere else. Also just to note the people that were working did not care at all. Didn’t say hi or anything. Also didn’t tell me till after the purchase I have a month to return , I was hesitant after that. They said no your fine no need for receipt to return
Terrible Customer Service
I had a negative experience with RW&CO's customer service. I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address when placing an order. Immediately after placing the order, I contacted their customer service department to inform them of my mistake. However, instead of helping me to correct the address on the undelivered items, they advised me to wait until I received the tracking number. Then, I was told to go to the Canada Post website and change my delivery preference to "pick up at the post office." Even though I did as instructed, the packages were still shipped to the wrong address. Consequently, I did not receive half of my order. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that I would have to wait until the order was returned to them to receive my money back, which I am guessing will not be returned. I requested the service representative to escalate my case so I could speak to a manager and instructed them to call me back. Instead, I received an email repeating what I had already been told. It would have been nice to talk to the manager to discuss this further so that I could fully understand their decision was not helping me.

Sizing has become extremely inconsistent and quality of products has gone downhill.. especially for the prices.
I recently ordered over 10 items and had to return them all due to poor sizing/weird proportions and very poor quality fabric.
