EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ORDERED 50mm CLEAR PARCEL TAPE IN GOOD FAITH. THE RYMAN WEB SITE INDICATED THAT THEY CAME IN A SIX PACK. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF EACH PRODUCT. PLEASE ADVISE.

SUB STANDARD BOX FILES.

I ordered some box files from you ,the first ones were great with a metal clip & hole on the edge to pull the box from the shelf.
The second order the files had changed, they are smsller in width with cheap plastic pulltabs on the outside that keep breaking off & plastic clips inside the box.
These were the same price as the origional ones I ordered but nowere near as good.
Please go back to the bigger & better quality files that you had previously as I will not be buying these substandard ones again .I expect better quality from Ryman. Comeon sort it out!

ordered my computer printer on line …

ordered my computer printer on line came in to the shop at Sheffield very quickly where i picked it up always go there very good staff always so very helpful i have to travel from Doncaster and was sad when the shop in Doncaster closed years ago i just wish they would open a other shop in Doncaster now WH smith as closed i find everything i need here

Great Customer Service with Potential for a Wider Product Range

My experience at Ryman was very good overall. I found most of what I was looking for, and the staff were extremely helpful. They even took the time to check online for specific stationery items I needed, which I really appreciated. The level of customer service was excellent and made the visit a pleasant one.

One area where Ryman could improve is by expanding its product range. For example, items such as legal punched polypropylene pockets are difficult to find and not readily available. Offering a wider and more specialised stationery portfolio under one roof would make Ryman even more visible and appealing, as customers would know they can rely on the store to have exactly what they need.

Top service and quality

I have just had top customer service from Ryan at the Union St Ryman stationery and printing store in Glasgow . I had 3 poster downloads that were very tricky to upload - but Ryan definitely adheres to the old Scottish saying “where there’s a will there’s a way” and i was able to get 3 quality posters printed while I waited !
So happy with the poster quality but the service was over and above
Tracy was another helpful and welcoming staff member who could not have been more kind or helpful
I highly recommend this store and will use Ryman in future

Made to feel like a thief

Went to the Harrogate store to get a note block refill. The male assistant saw me enter the shop and asked what I wanted. He said it wasn't called that, and said it was actually called a memo block! I thought this was a bit snotty, but said fine, one of those. I then went with him to the till and put my gloves, and some interdental brushes that I had bought at Superdrug on the counter while I got out my wallet to pay. He then said, nodding at the brushes, "I assume you bought those in another store", obviously implying that I wasn't offering to pay for them. I tried not to react, and said "I didn't think you sold dental items". He said he thought they were pens, but in fact he was just trying to be difficult. I don't know why.
I would suggest that this "gentleman" needs some re-training if you don't want to lose customers.

Random Delivery

there was no notification from the delivery agent. I only knew it would arrive on a specific day but no time window was given and no information of who the courier service was. I tried tracking the order which was not possible. I even had to open an account for this. I called the Ryman customer service number three times only to be told that the item was out for delivery. That meant I had to be in for the whole day as there was no option i.e. leave with neighbour. Never again!!

New storage box

I was able to order on line for what l needed as they didn't have it in the store I was kept up to date with the delivery which was going to the store a good price as well for the storage box

Filofax Refill 2026

Ryman had the refill for the Filofax diary my dad has! He always likes to update his Filofax for the new year and Ryman had the specific one in stock. In fact, I found it difficult to find the one required including from obvious retailers. I really appreciated such an efficient ordering process and no charge for click and collect. Also, it proved so convenient and having a discount code sent with my confirmation proved worthwhile as I was able to purchase other items in store! Impressive availability, ordering and collection process! Thank you.
