I FEEL LIKE A VIP ON EVERY VISIT!
It's quite a daunting task looking for the best affordable local storage. However on speaking to the Team at Bermondsey Safestore, it was a welcome relief that I will never forget. I met Chandra who truly put my mind at rest and offered me a deal which encouraged me to stay long term. I also met, the store manager Mani Uppal, who interacted with me as if she's known me for centuries! I will not forget to mention the 3rd member of the team, Ms Anna, who's radiance and welcoming attitude is ever so winsome! Now I visit the facility as if I am going to a family reunion!
They always make me look like a VIP!

Do not use this storage company
Do not use this storage company, they provide missing leading contracts, I am now tied into an agreement until April 2026 with no way out. The company have a computer say NO approach. I highly recommend using Access self storage in Bermondsey instead as they are far more flexible and understanding of their customers needs and are less expensive. After having filed the previous compliant below, no one has reached out to me from SafeStore, they have no regard for customer satisfaction and are unwilling to help despite been able to easily sell the storage space on. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Random charges
I joined, set up a DD, and have now been notified I have a bounce fee to pay because of an issue with the bank? Why am I paying a fee for Safestore having an issue my bank? The funds are available ready for payment, I've done nothing wrong, this is just money grabbing to try and get additional money from their customers.
