Bought an Audi cabriolet off him. Basically it's a dog with a multitude of fleas. Didn't have an MOT when I first went so he drove it down the road to top up the power steering fluid. Seemed ok ISH. He took it for an MOT and it passed with an advisory of small weep on power steering pump which I figured I could do at a small cost. On closer inspection, it's pouring out of the rack so MOT is suspicious. Clutch is very high and although the bodywork is pretty immaculate and the roof works fine, I now have no faith in the car. I've replaced the rack at a cost of over £600 but lost interest in doing the rest. Partially my fault for not checking more before parting with money and trusting him. I'd advise anyone else to look elsewhere for a vehicle

A good selection of cars to veiw. I was very pleased with the service we got from the owner and his wife. Everything run smooth buying my car said motors.

I bought from them 01/08/2023 ford kuga 3rd day the car started engine light is on and I call the dealer they accept fixing and I take it back they said fixed and I take the car it happened again, I want to reject the car and give it back to the dealer but after they’ve said look let me fixed again otherwise you going to loose money they take around £1000 and they take the car back I don’t recommend this place

AVOID this dealership completely. Brought a 2014 Ford fiesta from them today and was sold to us with 4 unsafe tyres that could not be driven on. One tyre was obviously flat and needed replacing so the man knocked £50 off the price and told us there was a tyre fitter round the corner he works with that will 100% be open however it was closed. We then spoke to the seller and he repeatedly assured us that it was safe to drive and to top the air up half way home. as driving on the M25 I had a blown tyre (a different one to the flat). The one that was flat had also gone completly flat. We were recovered to a tyre fitter who inspected the tyres and told us that the car was unsafe to drive and all tyres had illegal tread depth, had been been glued together and the seller had even attempted to glue parts of tyre onto our tyres to hide the gashes. He had also illegally attempted to fix the side walls of the tyre by putting glue on them. The thre fitter also explain we were lucky we hadn't spun out and been seriously injured as 1 tyre was full of holes and the other 3 were ready to blow at any minute. I have pictures of the state the tyres were in and will be reporting them as this is unsafe and the sellers could cause some real damage. The seller was contacted and after much deliberation and rudeness from his behalf paid me back for the expense of fitting new tyres. Only paid as I said I would take him to court for selling me an unsafe vehicle. Avoid this place at all costs, nearly caused me a bad crash. An absolutely appalling experience of purchasing a first car.

Purchased a car for my son and it was great for the price and durability. Very nice service better than other dealerships I definitely recommend it.

Do not buy a car here. Complete scammers. Will not fix any faults. My engine blew shortly after and they just refused to do anything. see all the other reviews. its standard for them.

I purchased a 2008 honda civic i-shift from these people, they lied about the condition of the car, and they do not check or know what’s really wrong with it. They try to manipulate you into thinking there is nothing wrong, and will encourage you take another car as they will not willingly give you back your deposit(£300) which isn’t refundable by the way and they won’t bother to tell you that until you have made the payment and see it in the tiniest print on the invoice! The owner Said became rude when I told him I wanted to return the car. Very dodgy people!

WILL NOT GO NEAR THESE GUYS EVER AGAIN. Website showed a nice looking minibus with photo seemingly taken at smart site. They asked for a returnable deposit to hold vehicle for a day till I visited, they asked for £500 but i said I would do £300 which I did. Got to their site and it looked like scrap yard and not where photo I was interested in was taking, first bad sign. Minibus to view was there however its condition was that without doubt had been parked up for a long time. Discovered minibus NOT taxed for 2 years, stated MOT was not as stated, bus had several issues. Took it for drive for 500 yards drive and central locking kept clicking in and out. Came back and had to pump up more leaking tyres. There is a lot more I can add but think I have said enough, EXCEPT to say they have not and will not give back any of my deposit I even generously said they could keep half, but NO, nothing. So this is one dealer that will never see us again and are lucky to even get one star but I could not give them less.

Very patient and helpful and the car was exactly what I was looking for.

Well if we had done our research properly on this circus called Said Motors we would have not gone anywhere near them!
They are completely crooked!!! The cars they sell, the poor service, and the fact they are just the rip off merchants. The manager thinks his Mafia and his lies and greed is full on, and his minions are just as bad! Do not go there at all!!!

We are reporting him to trading standards for selling a faulty car including a steering and suspension leak and trying to charge £180 to fix it, when it was already broken and reported within the 30 days of the legal consumer motors buying rights. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on!

Do not take the words of the advertisements and do not put deposits down, as you will be very dissatisfied and out of pocket!

They do not service the cars, yet they state they do. We had numerous issues with the car as soon as we drove it away. They don't like women either!!!! Please see past reviews we are not the first but hopefully he'll be shut down. I doubt he pays his taxes properly either....You have been warned ⚠️ Disgusting business

Stay a galaxy away from this guy,he is rude,stupid,liar, arrogant and make fake mot to sell crap vans, checked mot online and he lied about his fame mot and when i challenged him he replies with...its perfect..what a joker and a waste of time.

Avoid these thieving scumbags I paid £6000 for a van and it was a death trap the whole body work was rusty and plated that should of been welded and it was stuck on with expanding foam and they covered it up with underline paint also it had a mot 2 months before I brought it which turned out to be dodgy as it only had 3 advisories and when I got a mot 1 week after purchase it had 10 majors and 7 advisories ( the mechanics said they have not seen anything that bad in over 25 years) so I tried to get a refund and they refused and just argued so I had no choice to get a solicitor involved and they still refused a refund as they wanted me to pay £500 for damages that I apparently caused ( don’t know how I can cause rust in a week but oh well) it took over a month to get my money back it’s a white Ford transit so if you go to said motors in new Malden do not buy from there I wouldn’t pay £100 for anything they have for sale knowing what rip off scum cxxxs they are I just wish someone warned me from them before I had to go through all the worry off losing £6000

No stars .company are rip off merchants. Do not go anywhere near the place . Cars and vans are all dodgy . Unsafe and unroadworthy. Don’t want to help when problems arise . Company should be stuck off . If you have brought a vehicle let’s club together and do something about it .or if your thinking about buying a vehicle from these charlatans. Run for your lives from these money grabbing xxxxxxxxxx. Do not trust this company . Do not trust the reviews on the website as these are most likely made from friends and families. All they want is you’re money. And not thinking of you or your loved ones safety . This company should be reported to RIP OFF BRITAIN. The one show Watchdog . Motor ombudsman. I am currently in the process of working with trading standards after the appalling standard of the vehicle I bought and service I received at SAID motors

The vehicle was faulty and unsafe. SAID motors took back the vehicle for 3 days to 'have it fixed' but it was returned in the same unsafe way that it was given to them.

I have asked for my money back, which I was then told had been spent and the owner was unable to provide me with the funds - even after I made SAID motors aware of the consumer rights act of being able to obtain my money back within a 30 day period.

The vehicle broke down again (3rd time) and when I spoke to SAID motors they told me they would pay for the vehicle cost to have it repaired. I had a mechanic fix this and I emailed/texted/called but SAID motors is now refusing to have any contact with me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Got a van from these guys a few months back wish I never did.

Stay well clear its just lie after lie with them, also I asked them about there bad reviews they said it was an old company called kings motors but they are the same company they just changed there name to "Said Motors"

I bought an L200 August 2016 from these crooks. I've had nothing but trouble with it. I had it less than two weeks and the engine blew up. Definitely the worst car dealer I've ever bought from.
