I had no difficulty with ordering, they sent out the delivery the next day and even with the parcel having to clear customs I had it with in 7 days

Ik ordered two Topper self bailers on July 4th and have not received anything yet.
When I click the link it says the package is in transit. This was on the 6th of July. (see screenshot)

I cannot see screenshots here, perhaps you could send to the office info@sailingfast.co.uk but you seem happy to have this conversation publicly, so I will reply in kind.
Your order was shipped and collected on the 4th July, the day it was ordered which seems like pretty quick and efficient service to me. It left the UK on 6th July heading for Belgium, also pretty quick and efficient.
It has now been passed to your local postal service who have been sitting on it for 3 working days. I have requested the updated tracking number for your local postal service and I will share this information as soon as I have it.

Placing my order was simple
They even advised me the next day there could be delay did I want to cancel?
I opted to wait, 2 days later I was contacted and told item out for delivery. It arrived with a thank you note Hand written, too.

Hi Judith, we spoke on the phone after you left this review, but I never heard back on whether you worked out which bit was the right bit for the boat.
Either way, we are currently working through the RS products because yes, there are a lot of missing photos. It's an ongoing process but hopefully you will see the difference next time you are on the website.
