I had been looking for a sofa for my children and me for a long time, where we could sit comfortably to watch a movie, and I couldn’t find the right one. I found this sofa, and I didn't even hesitate. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

I never trusted much in buying furniture online, but their service gave me confidence. I purchased this sofa, and they took care of me wonderfully.
It arrived on time, and the quality was excellent. I recommend this website.

There are only 2 reviews from people based in Australia... the rest is from people with IP addresses in Europe (I assume that trust pilot is tracking IP addresses as I am not asked for a location). Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Austria... I mean, these guys are based in Thomastown, Melbourne! They do not ship overseas. My conclusion is... ALL except for 3 reviews (including mine) are paid for.

I've bought lots of gym equipment through SalesBay and I am fairly satisfied.

The shipping varies.. sometimes they are quick but some parcels have taken over 2 weeks to arrive.

Not many places who are willing to ship your order out at the same day and throw some free samples in with it as well! Very happy and surprised!

I can highly recommend this company! Check their sales campaigns, if you are lucky then you might land on 50% Off discount week as they seem to have that one running pretty often.

The shipping company lost my order, unfortunately but it happened. The tracking shows that my order was delivered to a wrong address.. it's 70$ order so I am not going to seek answers in person as the shipment wasn't that expensive and to my surprise, SalesBay agreed to send me a full refund or a new item.. which I gladly accepted!

I placed my order on the Monday afternoon and they delivered on the next Wednesday.. the support told me that there might be slight delays but this seemed good to me. Thanks a lot.

I am fed up with companies that promise to deliver during covid and they are not able to, or companies who don't update their delivery times and are late by weeks.. thankfully salesbay isn't one of those stores, my orders have arrived very quickly and I am happy.
