We have used Salesfire for many years now and to be fair they have continued to grow and grow in their space always chasing the next thing which is great to see from a tech company.

We’ve had a great experience working with Salesfire. Wayne, our account manager, has been fantastic – always responsive, helpful, and proactive in making sure we’re getting the most out of the platform.

The technology has been really beneficial for our site and has helped us increase both conversion rate and AOV. It’s clear the tools are designed with eCommerce performance in mind, and we’ve seen genuine results since implementing them.

The search feature is another standout. It makes it so much easier for customers to find exactly what they’re looking for, which has had a big impact on the overall user experience.
The team are constantly developing and releasing new features, so the platform keeps improving over time. Overall, a brilliant partner to work and I would highly recommend.

Salesfire have pestered us with cold calling and emails for many months. Very pushy and trying to schedule zoom meetings upon us. Reading other reviews and concerns about expensive and difficult to get out of contracts, we're not interested.

Sending spam to me daily, twice daily. Never subscribed to the company they are apparently working for (feel sorry for that business) but apparently scraped my email from a website visit and purchase some 4 years ago. I've unsubscribed even though I never subscribed, I've contacted the company in question who have also taken my details out and informed Salesfire, yet the emails keep coming.
Terrible company, sending numerous unwanted emails - harassing.

Thank you to Harriet and the rest of the Salesfire team for always being super quick to jump on any ideas or fixes required. We have seen great results over the last 6 months from the support Harriet has provided.

I've been using salesfire for nearly 2 years now originally starting initially with the On-Site messaging (formerly overlays) I was extremely apprehensive when it comes to pop-ups however with the journey you can create for the customers before these are shown is great and they really aren't as intrusive as other companies that offer a similar service.

After the success and growth helped by the onsite messaging tools and many discussions between myself, Charlie and Katie (our previous account manager) and seeing some of the other tools in practice I integrated the product recommendations, which work better than any other site based recommendations I had previously tried. The algorithm you can create to produce truly personalised product recommendations around a users browsing and purchasing history is 2nd to none.

I was then informed that email marketing and automations were going to be introduced, which as a (now previous) MailChimp customer I was eager to adopt this and test the functionality and compare this not only with the features of MailChimp but how it works, flexibility to work with and also the conversions created and tracked via the email automations, there were some teething problems and a lot of changes that were made for us by the design and development team and now it converts way better for us than any mailchimp automations used to.
The email newsletter functionality is as you would expect and you can do with it what you can with any others, this is simply a bonus to have on top of the email automation campaigns which drive so much revenue it's crazy!

We most recently implemented the search... We sell LEGO and have nearly 4000 SKU's in stock at a time and I have never found a search that works good or can be played with to ensure that search results show what a customer is looking for. But wow! 1 day of implementing Salesfire search and there's no other search i will ever need on the website. No more customer complaints, no more complaints from the staff about it not working correctly and also when showing other business owners there is never any bad point to state, it just works better than any other search I personally have ever seen.
On top of that the promotions and algorithm changes you can make within the search settings it really isn't going to be beaten!

Now using every single product that salesfire offers and extremely happy with all of them I can guarantee we wont be changing any of them, on a plus side you know you're doing a great job as its the only company that we have ever used for more than 12 months, lol.

Keep up the innovation, hard work and great customer service, quite honestly the nicest and best company to work with.

Really can't wait for all the additions to the current offering around AI anonymous data targeting and can't wait to start testing more of it as it is introduced.

We have used Salesfire for just over 3 1/2 years. Whist what they do is good. if you want to get out of a contract with them they are Horrendous. They asked me to Sign a new contract in September 2023. I never signed it. I gave them notice of my account in January 2024, after their services had been removed from our website , as we had started a new website. I heard nothing from them until July of this year when they started chasing me for money I supposedly owed them. They threatened taking my business to court. They will not listen to reason, and have now taken my business to court.

For all the good work they can do, you can now do the same thing a lot cheaper on Shopify or with other apps.

I am guessing they are getting a bit desperate.

We will see how the court case goes and I will keep you updated. I believe we have a reasonable case, and have legal assistance with our insurers.

I've been working with Sophie and the Salesfire team for over a year now across multiple brands, and they've always been transparent and helpful on every task we've done together. They have a great piece of software for Shopify stores, and they really know their stuff. I'd recommend giving them a go, our conversion rate and retention rates definitely jumped up as a result of their clever targetting, visually appealing overlays, and industry leading search functionality.

I have been working with Salesfire for over a year now. I find the products really useful in assisting with our search bar and product recommendations. We've found it to be really useful in increasing our conversion rates and upselling and cross selling. My account manager Sophie has been really helpful every step of the way, and is always friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We've had a big impact on our conversion rate since swapping over to Salesfire. Our customers have received a better shopping experience plus we get better data helping us to direct people to the best pages.
On top of that, the Salesfire team have been quick to respond to any queries getting us results quickly.

Really poor service, with zero impact on my business.

Told I have to cancel 30 days before the end of the contract otherwise it renews for another 12 months. 🤯 Fraudsters!!!! absolute joke of a company!

Stopped using their service 9 months ago and still getting invoices from them.

They have to use these dodgy tactics because their service is absolutely pants.
