I love your beer but wanted to say thank you for switching to dpd for delivery, and integrating with Apple Pay so I can track the journey/delivery time. I have no affiliation to dpd but they seem to be the only delivery company that can find our house. Can’t remember who you previously used but they were terrible & made the delivery experience off-putting. Anyway, cheers

My first order direct from Salt Brewery, although I’ve been drinking the beers for ages. And the service is as good as the beers. Very highly recommended.👍

Great beer, very fast delivery, but the packaging was poor and even though I was in all day, the driver left the package on the front door step, without ringing the door bell, in the pouring rain. Dreadful service.

Fast delivery and as always some great tasting beers 👌

The parcel was delivered approx 6 hours later than the courier had advised and the underneath of the cardboard box was very wet, damaged and dirty. I took it inside and turned it upside down to dry out for a couple id days. I opened the box yesterday (Feb 5th) to find one of the cans had been damaged and was still leaking out beer ! Three other cans were akso dented, but not leaking. I do not attribute any blame to yourselves for the condition the box arrived in and in my opinion was solely caused by the courier !

Error on 2nd delivery and smaller cans provided
Offered refund however not ideal as wanted the original order 🙄

Excellent turn around and Just everything went as it should

For the first time, Salt got my order a little wrong -but I've had such issues with other companies before in the run up to Xmas.
They quickly and without argument sent me out the missing half of my order (no charges involved) and said I could keep the beer I'd been sent in error - the only problem there being that I'm not keen on it.
So in summary, Salt are easy to deal with and as I've said previously offer the best value for money of any of the brewers I've bought beer from with an excellent core range (especially Ikat and Tram).

Good value - really like these beers

Would have been 5 stars but due to a delivery issue paid for next day but did not get this even though I was before cut off. However salt did refund the delivery charge which redeemed the issue. The items I recieved were very well packaged and very good quality overall very happy with the service and items but delivery let it down.

Still waiting for my order to arrive. Was told this was due to Royal Mail and they would resend, but still waiting. I’ve had one update on my order. Shane because my past orders have been perfect.
