I decided to downsize my underwater rig, so went with a Sony RX100 Vii and chose a Saltedline housing after watching some reviews online. The price is such good value considering the quality of the product. I've had cases costing 10 times the price, granted that was for a full frame SLR camera, but still these housings are amazing value for money!! It shipped immediately and it it gives access to all camera functions that I could need -particularly raising the flash during a dive which having used TTL sync cables for so long, I totally forget to do! I've only had a play around so far, but I will have a full test over in the Red Sea at the end of October and will update the review then.
I still can't believe the quality you get for the price, there's even a moisture detector included, which is an option from some manufacturers that costs the same as the complete Saltedline housing and port system. Extremely impressed!!!!

I ordered and asked for a quick shipping and they sent it immidiately on Monday and received it on Wednesday, just in time for my trip starting on Thursday. So pleased with the service, product and everything!! Thank you again

The delivery was late, the state of the package was very damaged, the box, the protection, so I send a mail, and the answer was basically "sorry". I still didn´t try my case, I have a 2800€ camera with a 1500€ lens to use, and I´m not confident about trying this "new" case, after the delivery experience.
The logistics should also be part of your responsibility, when you manage such expensive and delicate materials.
I also send photos of the state of the package in the mail to show it.

I bought a Seafrogs Water Housing for the Sony a6700. The product works well and the delivery was very quick. The communication with Salted line was always clear and efficient.

From the moment I got this item it didn’t work correctly. The rear control dial buttons did works as they should and the video record button didn’t work very effectively at all. Contacted customer support, to which they did send out some replacement components but this did not fix this issue. Later down the line the shutter button started to stick on which ended several sessions in the water and then the final straw was the housing somehow managed to snap the top control dial clean off the camera.

I got in touch with customer support yet again, and this was their response, “ We would like to let you know that we have never had any of the issues you are describing and we are 99% sure that housing is not the cause of what you are describing.” Which I can only take as basically being accused of lying!!

I know it’s a budget friendly housing but theres budget friendly and then there’s just down right a poor product. Backed up by poor customer service.

100% would not recommend! Work and save that little bit harder to buy something with a bit more quality! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Terrible quality. I regret buying that, the case has many deffects. Support basically said it was fine, they're not even ashamed on the poor qualiy: "the visible surface marks are cosmetic only and have no impact on its operation or performance."
However if you want to return the housing because it's basically a piece of garbage, they expect a pristine condition of the housing...
