Delivery was fast, but the price to ship it to germany was way to expensive. Unfortunately couldn’t find any dive shops with spare parts (o-rings).

delivery and goods are in order. return can be tedious. money is withheld to the maximum. you wait in vain for the announced message as to when a parcel will arrive back at the retailer. had to contact them several times and am still waiting for a 4-digit EUR amount!

I purchased the salted line housing for my A6400 and the on/off switch doesn’t work properly. It skims over the camera switch so I am unable to switch it off when I’m in the water which is so annoying and my battery is going to drain.
I have a friend who bought the same housing and he has the same problem. He uses the Sony a7iii so it’s not just a problem for the A6400. This is something that needs fixing
Apart from that everything else works fine and it’s a nice looking housing

Bought the optic fiber cables for my uw camera, which are not easy to find, for 70€ a pair instead of 200€ (the price they cost in all other shops).
The quality is great.
I paid for the express shipping because I am traveling in two days and mine broke a week ago. It is expensive (20€) but the shipping was super fast (4 working days). Regular shipping is very affordable, will use it for my next buys. Totally my fault for ordering them last minute 😂

Top marks team. Good commuinication re delivery and VAT by both email and text. Prompt dispatch of items and very quick arrival. These guys are the only source of SeaFrog equipment in Europe and are now on my list of suppliers that I trust. The items appear to be very well made and I am really keen to get underwater with the rig!
