Keeps recommending I watch far right Sky News. Can find a way to turn it off. Sick off seeing it ever time I turn on the TV. Society is divided enough without TV Plus peddling cooker news designed to... Toon meer

On a Samsung smart tv with a remote…
On a Samsung smart tv with a remote without channel buttons, the voice command feature works half of time. Having to scroll to get to your channel when it doesn't work. The channel back function stopped working, someone said after an update. It only happens when on a Samsung plus channel. On regular tv channels it works just fine. All the loud commercials, geez.
Samsung TV Plus endless Ad repetitions
I watch Samsung TV Plus quite a lot, especially and almost exclusively Sky News Now. However when a break comes I go super cold... The number of self-promoting ads and the bloody repetition is seriously disturbing. Surely someone involved in programming can mix it up, just a little? There must be more variation available but to push the same suite of repetitious ads is just wrong. You're doing your service a completely injustice. I'm at the point of forgoing access to my favourite need channel just to avoid the dammed ads. Get real. Poor some effort into your programming.... Seriously!
I watch Samsung TV quite often
I watch Samsung TV quite often. Nothing irritates me more than when a commercial comes on and they are speaking spanish. Why?! Every TV that Ive had and have has a language preference in the setup settings. I should not have to listen or see a spanish speaking commercial or program in AMERICA. They can just set THEIR tv settings to whatever language they want. Mine is set for ENGLISH! I never see commercials in any other language, just spanish. Why? Because they are probably setting their tv settings to their language of choice. I love my Samsung TV but if you continue to disreguard Americans by accommodating other people who werent born and raised in America, I will have to consider buying a different brand.

Pro Iseral Adverts
For some reason, Samsung TV Plus has decided to run Pro-Iserali adverts.
The advert stated unsubstantiated claims about Iran while maintaining the Pro-Iserali message. All while Iseral is committed genocide in Palestine
Skip Ad fails too often.
The ads are far too numerous. Worse, is when you hit SKIP AD, often it doesn't work, and at other times, the SKIP AD screen goes away after 10-15 seconds and you get several more annoying ads. Stop lying, fix it or don't offer SKIP AD. Ugh.
Only giving 1 because I can't give 0
If I'm using Freeview or terrestrial TV, I can remove or block individual channels. Samsung don't believe that it is necessary for me to be able to choose what content I do not wish to have my children view on Samsung TV+. I don't wish them to have access to content from extremist religious and political news channels, yet I cannot remove these. Because they are news and religious channels, they are unrated so parental control doesn't work on them. What's worse is that these channels are then promoted in the What To Watch section. I'm swapping this out for a different manufacturer as soon as I possibly can. I've no time for this intrusive, data mining spyware loaded nonsense.
Irritating channel
Same as everyone else. The movies are not great. If you choose to watch one, be prepared for ads every 10 minutes. Keep your remote in your hand because, you have to crank up the volume to hear the dialog. When a commercial comes on it will shatter your windows if you do not lower the volume. Any product they do decide to advertise, you will surely vow to never buy because you will have seen that same add 20 times in an hour if you make it through the whole movie.
Mostly commercials
Mostly commercials. Even free, it is painful to watch with more commercial time than show time.

I purchased a 50”Samsung smart tv and in 4 years has broke down twice because the warranty is only 12 months their reply is I have to pay all repairs costs thank you Samsung for causing me stress and selling me a faulty tv that I paid $995.00 for.
Terrible service
Terrible internet service. Says I have a good signal but samsung tv plus works half the time. Don't waste your time.
More ads than show time
More ads than show time. Horrible with the ads. A lot of the time away from shows is just a screen sayin we will be back, not even an ad
The ads make it not worth it.
This is a great tv with many channels but the ads can be sometimes up to 10 minutes at a time and it's the same ads over and over. Try watching your favorite TV program with ads every few minutes. If we had known we would have not bought this tv.
Has potential but seeing the same ads…
Has potential but seeing the same ads over and over starts to get to you. It’s extremely frustrating and annoying to see repeating ads constantly. That’s why I got rid of cable. Couldn’t take it anymore.
Samsung TV Plus has so much potential
Samsung TV Plus has much potential. I like it. If Samsung made it easy to provide feedback they will find the top issues. Small things have no attention, for example the music in-between Escape to the Country episodes is very unpleasant; its like a radio on a bad frequency - it makes it unlistenable'and custoer turn away. Samsung is a big company - Samsung TV Plus could be an absolute huge winner for the brand if they invest enough to make some small tweaks and keep it free. Since it is free big changes are of course not expected, but put a small team in to look after it Samsung - you can do it! Also, when people call Samung Support, train your call centre staff to care and not say "well that is not us, it's a Samsung TV Plus issue you need to contsct them - care, make it seamless - to the customer it'' all Samsung.
WAY WAY WAY WAYYYYYYYYY TOOOOOOOO MANY…
WAY WAY WAY WAYYYYYYYYY TOOOOOOOO MANY COMMERCIALSSSSSSSSSSSSSS LIKE STOP! 13 in a row and then 10 minutes of a show is just ridiculous affffff
The sheer volume of ads ruins ever show.
Ads & blank screen with a time wasting countdown clock litters the screen every 5 minutes. It’s a shame because it makes EVERY program DRAGGED out & tedious to watch.
Horrendous
Horrendous. When adverts are meant to play, they play the same repeat of the programme you are watching over and over and over again. If you think itv and sky are bed for adverts you wont believe how bad this is! It's almost as if this is totally an after thought. Zero imagination.
The sadder thing is you read these feedback comments and it is clear Samsung do not listen to customers and treat them extremely poorly. I don't think I have seen as many negative comments for any company, ever, on trust pilot. I'm amazed they have done nothing to address this and more over totally disregard all these customers! Absolutely sickening! Even more sickening trust pilot actually let Samsung know what customers say! For me that's enough to influence me to never ever buy Samsung again!
A company who ignore customer experience and other advertisers, even although it will seriously affect profits tells me it's a company out of touch with both it's customer base and business management and deserve to go bust. There is a reason nobody advertised and they are that arrogant they don't feel the need to address this is!
All the game commercials sound is too loud
All the game commercials sound is extremely louder than the program. Every single game commercial does the same thing regardless what channel is playing. It is very annoying and perhaps in violation of FCC regulations.
