Hi i bought a sarason bathroom tv been installed about 10 moths never worked right from day one.i have tried loads of times to get in touch with them and had no joy its a nightmare wifi drops out all the time even though i have an amazing signal all over the house dont get me wrong wifi on tv used to work but wont connect now and i cant update it either its useless and cant contact anyone for help so not impressed at all.

Yet to receive my purchase however the customer service that Jay has provided has been exceptional. I have had many questions and there was a slight bit of confusion but dealt with quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend Sarason going forward. Looking forward to receiving my product.

There was a fault on the first tv we had delivered but Sarason's customer service could not have been more helpful. They sent a temporary replacement within 48 hours free of charge while we waited for our new tv.

They provided regular updates and responded very quickly to my emails.

The bathroom mirror tv is stunning and a quality product. I cannot thank the Sarason team enough and will be recommending them to my friends.

Bought a tv for a bathroom I was doing for a customer. They were so happy to how slim it was once it was fitted, extra bit of luxury at such a good price. Delivery was fast and the customer service was excellent, I will definitely be recommending the same tv and company to the rest of my customers.

Bought tv last year, looks fantastic and great picture. When had slight issue with controller the team dealt with it immediately and everything working.

As a bathroom contract company, We have bought several Saracen units over the years for bathroom installs. The product is very good and the company has always been excellent to deal with, with fast deliveries.
However, you never know how good a company really is until something goes wrong.
Had an issue with a unit bought in December and installed last month. The customer service was excellent with a fast response and delivered a new part promptly under warranty.
Nothing short of excellent.

I have been using this company for some time now on various projects and on one occasion when i had a problem with my remote Jay was quick to sort it out and sent me a replacement .

This company is truly one of the best I’ve ever dealt with direct to them and you’ll get very good service five star delivery, five star back up and the most important five star price so don’t waste your time trolling through loads of pages on the Internet by direct from them, they are truly one of the best, if not the best seller of these items on the Internet

Love my bathroom tv. It stopped working after a couple of months. Customer service has been fab dealing with situation. Sent me out a new power pack and tv works again. Super efficient and friendly. Can highly recommend.

Great company, we had some damage on the TV unfortunately but they were very quick to respond and went over and above to put it right, for me that makes a great company.

Had fabulous help from Sarason. Our TV started to play up and it was almost out of warranty, but Sarason arranged to have the TV picked up from our home, inspected it, resolved the situation fully and we now have a TV which is working perfectly. I bought a bathroom TV from them a while back. Whilst it does function. The level of performance and quality of the TV is questionable with how poorly it seems to function once turned on.

The main user interface that is bundled with the device is slow and doesn't always respond to user input. Or when it does it takes about 1 second. This makes it infuriating to open any app. However when an app is finally opened it suddenly begins to work fine.

Installing apps is awkward as it's a subset of one's they have approved or something? Trying to find certain useful apps gives you a generic message saying it isnt available on this device. Frustrating when I want to cast from another device and can't.

Would have been much better and convenient if the whole product was not needlessly locked down.

On the plus side. I can say that it fits and looks nice on the wall. A very expensive mirror if you want to buy one.

After buying my bathroom TV a couple of years ago but never using it due to not moving into the house until recently, my remote control stopped working. When I called to ask for help, the team were really helpful and understanding. They are sending me a new one so I can sit back and relax in the bath and watch my tv forever more.

had a couple of these sarason tvs over the years, always been good and never had any problems.

Great tv, picture perfect. The service by the company was fantastic. Company replaced remote control when there was an issue with it. This was posted straight away. I would definitely recommend this product and company .

Great service. I had need to purchase a new remote for my TV which is over 6 years old. I didn’t expect to find that they still stocked them for older tv’s . It was very reasonably priced and delivered very quickly. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Professional polite and really helpful , we recently moved house and needed a replacement unit etc, the whole process was made easy !
