Tv looks really good and much cheaper than some other makes, customer service is excellent at Saracen tv, I had to call them and they were more than happy to help with me setting the tv up

Bought smart mirrow bathroom tv arrived very quick looks lovely can’t wait for it to Be set up

Bought a bathroom TV last August, then the remote stopped working in January, contacted Sarason TV and the customer service team were excellent. With no fuss they sent a new remote to me very quickly, now I am back up and running! Would recommend.

Bought 2 2019 android smart TVs for bathroom, after arriving I was sent an email saying that newest model required a software update, which was a bit worrying as I was on a tight schedule, after speaking to somebody from Sarason I was givin his personal whattsapp number to help, he sent me a usb with the updated on it and when it arrived talked me through the update, done in 5 minutes

Honest experience -
Ordered this TV boxing day the shipment was quite quick.
I hired an electrician to run the cables through into the next door neighbouring room and trunken it safely.
Bracket secured to the wall with an extra x2 wall plugs for extra safety (you only get four) & the TV weighs an absolute ton!
Anyway everything ready to go for it to be put into the bracket and no the TV will not click in to the bracket - now one side will click but basically if the wind blew, I touched it again with my fingertips it would fall right out and probably kill my son stone dead in the bath.

Help -
So I e-mailed Sarson to which no reply - I don't actually know if this is even a real company because I rang and rang and rang maybe at least 50 times? The guy at the other end of the phone eventually answered to which I got "I'm in Singapore" won't be back for another 5 days - like what? Sorry maybe don't put a company number on that is your own mobile when you want to take a trip away?
I don't even no what to do with the TV it cannot be safely mounted and would genuinely kill someone small if it fell on top of them!
