Great service from Tony and the team as always

I’ve been using this garage for a couple of years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are the nicest group of people you could wish to deal with and that goes for every staff member you meet. Most recently went in for a service and as always, nothing is oversold. They don’t try and make you buy things you don’t need and every bit of work is explained in detail down to what has been done and why it’s been done, with parts shown and pictures taken. If you don’t need something, they don’t try and get you to pay for it. I can’t recommend them enough. Special shout out to Tony & Jan who are just the best.

Had a couple of minor issues 7 months after buying a car from Sarbkar. Tony and Dave fixed the problems at no cost to myself, even for their labour.

After using this garage for many years I would never go anywhere else. As a woman with next to no knowledge of cars I have always been treated with honesty and respect. Each job has been explained to me in detail and completed to the highest standard at a good price. Would highly recommend

I was made welcome from my first visit. The service plans were explained and the plan I chose was completed on time and all that was done was photographed and sent to my phone. I would recommend to anyone needing work done on there cars

Tony and the team at Sarbkar are fantastic! I purchased my Ford Focus from them a year ago and it has been running great, no issues. Any minor queries I have had Tony is happy to help out by taking a look and doing whatever is required to alleviate concerns. Professional 5 star service, highly recommend if you are in the market for a reliable second hand vehicle or you are looking for a garage you can rely on!

I run a 56 plate Saab convertible. I had two major issues which my local garage would not touch. My drivers side window had failed and my drivers side seatbelt would not retract. I contacted Tony at Sarbkar and was met by a real can do attitude. He booked the car in and was brilliant at communicating. On the day of the work he texted me with pictures of the ongoing work. The work was completed in a day. The price was excellent. I have never had such good customer service from a garage, not even a main dealer. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Easy to book with the help of Dave. He took videos and pictures throughout the car having its service keeping me informed of everything along the way. They even gave my car a Hoover and gave me a free key ring. Tony was great and very polite. Would 100% use this garage again. Service was fantastic start to finish.

Can’t fault customer service and extremely professional approach, diagnosed faults with no fuss and explained what was necessary, would recommend

Took my Saab to a local garage for them to check over a small issue I had with the gearbox, only to be told that the repair was uneconomical and the car should be scrapped… called Tony, and within 24 hours, not only had he fixed the problem, but it only cost me £20 and it was done while I waited….. less then 15 minutes. An absolute gentleman to deal with and a truly master mechanic! Would 100% recommend.

What a brilliant service from Sarbkar today
At short notice I was given a slot to have my Volvo issues attended to and resolved at a nominal cost.
I’ve never had such prompt action from any other garage ever.
I would highly recommend this garage for the quality of communication and resolution when needed most.

Having a near 20yr old Saab as daily driver, it's good to know there are places still available to keeping the car in good shape.
