Tried to repay my loan early, I got through firstly to an incompetent member of staff, I wasted 15 minutes getting absolutely nowhere having been constantly put on hold every time I asked her anything. The second member of staff took just as long but at least she did manage eventually to take my payment, however she asked to put me on hold once I’d paid to make sure the payment had gone through, she then just hung up on my 5 minutes later. I then tried to get through to a manager but I was put off when I was told that the process on the phone of making a complaint would take 15-20 minutes, which is clearly a tactic they use to stop people complaining about there appalling service. Only use this company if you’re absolutely desperate, they are not worth the hassle!

Disgusting company that's why they only have 2 stars I'm self employed on my 3rd loan with them they wanted proof of earnings which I gave them from my bank account , then they wanted a statement from the inland revenue which could have taken up to 40 days to process , I paid a loan up early with them never missed a payment my smart score as never been under perfect which is a joke they say they use a smart ore to help you get loans with them it's a lie, they took my money from my last loan and left me skint for my holiday please people look elsewhere they are very shoddy to say the least, disgusting company

Loved this company loan process was easy. No paperwork. Simple!! Stress free

rubbish company wish I never took loan out with them customer service rubbish they give you offers that don't happen be really glad when finished with them

ALTERNATIVE COMPANIES TO USE: WONGA, MYJAR, QUICKQUID OR SELL YOUR WIFE TRUST ME MORE WORTH IT THAN GOING TO THEM.
Anyone avoid this company they claim 24 hours but but are just trying to get all your details and keep you clinging onto hope.
They say and make statements as your approved and all we need to see is this and then we send the money etc however reality is they do nothing they take the details waste your time and say no even after making you accept all documents and sign the details.
Also they will keep asking for different documents wasting more time.
The company should be shut down as they are just giving people who are in tough situations false hope and no use.
Look at all the reviews below and even the stars they don't care and being based in Bradford i think that should set the level of expectation as a customer.
I have asked them for direct details and took screenshots of their false advertising and relayed to the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman as they are nothing else but simply LIARS.
PATHETIC COMPANY, USELESS PEOPLE, CEO SHOULD BE RUN OVER BY A LORRY AS HE MUST BE SCUM TO WASTE PEOPLES TIME KNOWING THEY AREN'T COMING HERE FOR A PARTY THEY ARE THERE FOR A NEED AND ANSWER.
I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THE SAME ISSUE PLEASE CONTACT THE FCA AND THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN WITH YOUR AGREEMENT NUMBER AND LETS GET THEM CAUGHT AND TIED UP IN PROBLEMS.

took £1000 over 12 months with a total cost of £1992
after 2 monthly payments of £166 i got my hands on some money and called them to ask for an early settlement amount...they told me i had to pay £1100... w t f??

the cost of the credit was 992 over 12 months and i paid almost half() in just 3 months???

now i've been trying to call them to get my interest back but they don't pick up the phones they tell me they will call me back....it's been 3 days...

aff course i'm expecting satsumas to reply here saying they don't have anyone named vlad as a customer....or any other pathetic excuses

Rubbish company say that you are accepted then turn round and decline you really glad they did got a better deal elsewhere also lose email documents I had to send 4 times part of provident what do you expect

well its more a case of where to start, i dont have many payments left till im rid of the forever massive headache

dont deal with complaints and if they do acknowledge it they make you out to be a liar
processed my loan with spelling error so created massive issues and i couldnt have access to my online account - some sort of dodgy practice going on how do they credit check someone when they name is wrong!!!

This business is built on exploiting the most desperate individuals in society. They claim to lend responsibly, however they don't even complete full credit checks, which means they have no independent means to seeing if the borrower is in financial difficulty.

They take well over 8 weeks to respond to complaints. They don't respond to the Financial Ombudsmen within deadlines, and they take no responsibility for the damage they cause.

Never ever use this business.
