SO disappointed with sauce shop. Ordered two gifts sets 10 days before Father’s Day, they guaranteed they would arrive by the date. By the Tuesday they still had not arrived so I again emailed and they guaranteed they would be there. Unfortunately on the Saturday afternoon I got an email to say they was unlikely to arrive and they had supply problems. I fully appreciate things happen but to guarantee twice they would be there stopped me getting our dads anything else. I then had to wait for a response on the Tuesday in which they told me my products were lost and asked if I wanted to reorder which I did as my dad still hadn’t had a present to be told they were still unsure when these would be delivered so I gave up and asked for a refund. I was out of pocket for two and a half weeks. Certainly will not be using them again.

Ordered on the 9th of June. Was contacted to say that they didn't have everything I ordered, so could I choose something else. Order wasn't delivered until the 16th of June. It was very poorly packaged - I can't believe everything made it without smashing. To top it all off I got a message to say that my order has been delivered, but it was not at my house! I finally matched the delivery picture to a neighbour's garage and found the box on the floor outside.

I need to speak to you about Chipotle & Lime Aioli...

Best sauces I ever had!
I started ordering a few months ago and the sauces are absolutely amazing. So much so I started a subscription. My favourite is the Honey Sriracha, delicious with anything! The cooking sauces are very convenient too. I'd definitely recommend some of the bundles as they allow you to taste a variety of their range. And I've spotted them on my local Tesco too. Will never go back to other brands!

I placed my order and also paid on 31/05/2025
and I am still awaiting delivery, so much for the advertised 48 hours.
Customer service is practically non existent and give father's day as an excuse. God help the father's who didn't get a present.
The furthest my order has got is a label that was printed on 12th June. I guess I have to wait a few more weeks before someone sticks it on my parcel.
Never will I order from sauce shop again.

Ordered in plenty of time for Father's Day, received email Wed 10th apologising for delay, stating WILL be dispatched Wed/Thurs. Thurs 15:30 still no dispatch so call up, no answer so leave a polite msg, summary 'Please let me know if it will not be dispatched today as I need to purchase alternative Gift today (Thurs). Then just after got another email promising dispatch Thur/Fri & will arrive in time. 01:40 'dispatched'- no, it was never picked up! Then received an email from James Sat 14th June 8:30ish - 'We're sorry, we changed our fulfilment 3 weeks ago & we don't actually know what has been dispatched and what hasn't'! Erm...a little bit too late for your customers! So I have no idea if or when the order will ever turn up. No offer of compensation etc. If they had just been honest & told me it wasn't coming I would have been more forgiving but the CS on this absolutely stinks! And the email was just shifting the blame and not taking responsibility. If they knew they had problems for 3 weeks, then they should NOT have been actively pushing on Social Media up until 6 days ago!
The best line was the last line in the email "I hope that any negative experience you've had with us this time doesn't completely destroy your view of us as a business" - my Q to them would be "how many fathers days have you ruined?"

Really disappointed. I used this company just under a year ago. Although the products are great, the delivery was poor. Decided I would try the company again as I needed to purchase a Father’s Day gift. I ordered on the 6th June to ensure ample time to be delivered. A week later and no sign of my order. Contacted the sauce shop and they advised the order was lost then another email to state the changed premises and using a 3rd party company. Assured me they would send me delivery on 24hrs. Well never arrived and dpd advised this will not arrive for another week. So left with no Father’s Day gift which I now have to wait 2 weeks for which is ridiculous. Not even a discount offered off my order or even of my next order. Would definitely not recommend or use again. Plenty of more reliable companies out there.
Edit: order was fully refunded and the staff at the sauce shop were very apologetic. Was very frustrating at the time but mistakes can happen.

I’ve had their sauces before and they’re really nice but will never order again.
I ordered on the 3rd June and have been chasing all week instead of sorting it they just said it’s delayed because of Father’s Day but I will get it in time. They eventually said they’ll send it on a 1 day delivery yesterday but checked the tracking and it still hasn’t been sent. We can all accept that companies have problems but it’s the constant lying I’ve got the issue with. If they were honest I could have worked something else out and now because I stupidly believed them it’s too late.

Order was never received, terrible customer service, sent 3 messages and never received any reply, still waiting.

I’m not doubting that the sauces are tasty but the customer service is an absolute joke! They advertise that it will be shipped 48-72 hours. Quite frankly that’s dishonest! It took until the fourth day so 96 hours before I contacted them as no despatch email had been revived within a few hours of sending that email my items were dispatched! However it was too late for the purposes of buying the sauce pic n mix box so once order was rcvd a day too late I requested a return and full refund. The box remains unopened and initially there was daily communication but radio silence for around a week now! I’m not satisfied at all and will be letting people know not to order due to their lack of customer service!

I've ordered from Sauce Shop twice previously, and quite frankly, the sauces are pretty decent, and I've not had an issue with them up until now.

However, something seems to have changed with their distribution in the last few months. Boxes are now packaged incredibly poorly, so much so that some sauces are smashed in transit.

But that's not all. On my last order, two items were missing, and two were damaged. I queried the issue and dispute, having to wait a while for a response, they arranged a replacement.

The replacement arrived today, about a week after I received a response confirming the missing and broken items would be replaced. But the replacement order has one of the sauces missing and one not correctly sealed and essentially open... Also, those items they did send weren't even protected in the box; how they arrived without the glass breaking is a miracle.

Excellent sauce, great value for money. The Honey Siracha is to die for!

The Sauce Shop products are tasty and not over processed.
The flavours suit all tastes and can be spiced up or down.
British products are the way to go.

Where do I start? Not only are the flavours EXCEPTIONAL but the ingredients are simple ingredients not ultra processed like many other condiments stocked in our supermarkets. You are getting a high quality product when purchasing anything made by The Sauce Shop.
I have fell in love with the honey sriracha drizzle as well as the seasoning shakes. I purchased a bundle and was blown away at what I got for my money when I think how much I would spend on other well known brands getting ketchup, mayo etc but the flavour combinations that I can now purchase as well as well as simple staples makes making meals more fun! Thanks guys <3

Great sauces without all the unnecessary ultra-processed ingredients - win win! So far I've loved the ketchup, garlic mayo and makhani sauce, but I'll be trying others!

Truffalo soldiers….a good kick of heat without being too over the top and the truffle flavor is bang on, goes in everything x
