I bought a new tv. The site was straight forward. The price was the best I could find. It was delivered 2 days later, packaged properly. I have been enjoying it for 8 days now. I cannot fault the site.

Just bought a Linsar 42" tv from this company. It was very competitively priced compared with other online merchants, so I was a little apprehensive when I placed my order. I needn't have worried. Home Guard IP Camera is cheap, reasonably stylish, and (when you get it working) a good value for money IP camera that works via a web browser from any PC (Window, Mac or Linux) or a mobile phone or tablet browser too.

The recommended phone/tablet app to download simply doesn't work - you scan the barcode on the bottom to find a serial number (17 digits) and the app REQUIRES a 20 digit number - so won't even get as far as finding the camera on the local network when plugged by an Ethernet cable, let alone talk to it over WiFi.

The manufacturer's support website has now transferred to another supplier, the support page link gives a Not Found page error, and the device is NOT simple to set up to work over WiFi. Took me a couple of hours fiddling (even after finding an online manual on Farnell's website from a Google search).

Without a network search app on my phone to find the device's Mac address and IP number on Ethernet, and then again different ones on WiFi, and a fair background in networking setup, I'd have sent it back as non-functional.

And the manual doesn't quite match the product web page either.

But once working, the camera gives a fair image (VGA or quarter VGA only).

Disappointed to find that the advertised two-way audio only works with an extra microphone (neither built in nor supplied separately as a recommended option). Not clear whether it has its own built in speaker, or if you need to add that too, and even the manual isn't very clear on the subject of audio support.

If it hadn't been so cheap (£28 including VAT and delivery) I'd have rated it poor. But the star rating is for the supplier, not the product, though the disappointing setup experience colours my view.

well packaged and on time

I bought TomTom Sat Nav Via 135 5" Car Navigation System with Europe Maps as a birthday present. It came in good time and not only that, the price was very good as well. It was well packaged and worked when I opened it. No problems so far, though the speak option doesn't recognise voices very clearly so this is a problem because this is the reason why I bought it for my husband. So lets see otherwise I would have given this a five star rating.

I've used Saverstore many times over several years and never had a problem with them. On the odd occasion, it hasn't gone quite right, but it's always sorted very quickly. All round excellent.

Good price. Easy to navigate website. Goods arrived within a few days in good order.

Emailed them about the HDDs I wanted and got a response in the hour. Responded saying I have ordered the items and was given a delivery date of Friday. They actually turned up on Wednesday.

Can't fault the customer services, packaging and delivery!

saverstore what can i say ,,, i found your site at random , The tv i bought from you was £200 cheaper than any were else , after i ordered the tv i got a email to say when it was comming like 2 days later then i got 3 texs on the day telling me how long before it was arriving ,

I am not sure why a transaction with no problems should be rated as "excellent". I ordered an item and it duly arrived in good condition. I would rate this as normal behaviour on the part of any company. "Excellence" I would see as exceptional in the way a company dealt with any unexpected problems, of which there were none in my case. I suggest that Trustpilot look again at their rating categories, which must surely underestimate the proportion of companies giving exceptional service by putting them in the same category as those who are simply doing a good job.

The service from Saverstore was excellent. I did not expect a next day service when I ordered this large screen TV, but was delighted to receive an email advising me of delivery details. I had already decided on the TV I wanted and was keeping an eye on prices when I saw the offer from Saverstore. It was around £150 cheaper than any other seller, so buying it was a no brainer! The set is brilliant and I am delighted with the purchase. I can not recommend Saverstore highly enough, both on value and service.
