Outstanding customer service!
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on my online order and needed it urgently. The team was incredibly prompt with their communication and managed to ship my order the same day without any extra charges. Efficient, professional, and very helpful—highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional customer service from Satu! I reached out about a specific item I was hoping to purchase, and they went above and beyond to help me - including setting up a custom payment link and arranging overnight delivery. The quality of everything I received was outstanding, and the care taken with my order was incredible. ScandiKitchen clearly values their customers and I'll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

A Swedish lady I know offered me a cup of tea and a cinnamon bun and told me I could not get them where we live! Oh my goodness I had too, I looked and found the exact same ones and they are BEAUTIFUL! They arrived today with a hand written note which was a lovely touch and tasted exactly the same! Will never buy them from anywhere else! 🐐

I've placed five orders with this company and four have had major issues, so I really don't want to give any stars. The product quality isn't in question as it's fantastic, but the delivery service, the length of time it takes to arrive and the state it arrives in (with missing items/unchilled food that is inedible) isn't acceptable. I'm done ordering with ScandiKitchen now, which is a huge shame as I love its products. You need to up your game with the delivery service - the APC is not your friend and consistent errors don't help

I do wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before ordering from them. Items ordered last week delivered to the wrong address but this lot refuse to accept responsibility. Their customer service is appalling I would have liked to have been able to award a zero star. DO NOT USE!

Not resolving issue with incorrect items delivered, dreadful communication (we need to keep chasing), staff who don't seem to understand there legal obligations regarding distance selling regulations. Very poor experience and upsetting.

Annoyingly I didn’t check TP reviews before placing an order online!!

I placed an order on Thursday last week at 7 am in the morning and paid extra for next day delivery. As I’m writing this, it’s Monday 6pm in the afternoon and I still haven’t received my order or any communication on what’s going on.

This is extremely disappointing as I needed the groceries for this weekend.

Unfortunately my order sat with Evri for a strangely long time so was never delivered and I had to request a refund. The ordering process and customer service from ScandiKitchen has been good but pitiful service from Evri so avoid ordering online if possible.

We have had products delivered from Scandi Kitchen several times. Some products are from the lower quality/budget range, such as their ymerdrys, whilst others are from more recognised brands, such as the Glyngøre herring. No products have ever had a particularly short best by date. All fair enough.
The reason I, on balance, have only given three stars is this: on their last delivery, a jar of pickled beet root had leaked out over the whole delivery, some of which had been damaged by the red juice. I sent pictures along with an explanation, indicating that the products had not been packed well enough, and that it had not been a good idea to have placed the jars on their side in the box. I asked for the products, which I had had to discard, to be replaced and sent again. This did not happen. Instead, the money was refunded, and to be fair, very quickly. However, now, if I reordered these products, I would have to pay the delivery charge again. I never received any reply to my email; no acknowledgement, no reassurance that their packing procedure will be revised, no explanation, and, importantly, no apology. Not good enough, Scandi Kitchen.

Scam website, order wasn’t delivered and customer service refuses to investigate, I will have to get refund from my bank, avoid this shop.

Ordered Smoked Meat, Cheese, Crispbread, but meat was short dated, and sodden with water, inedible.

On complaining I was appalled at their attitude. Never again, AVOID or be poisoned!

I ordered some marzipan to use on my Christmas cakes to find it had a best before date of Mid November. I felt this was a short date and not mentioned when placing the order. I am welcome to return it, but this has to be done at my own cost. Just feeling a bit let down with the whole experience when trying to buy a high quality item. I'll not order again.

one star service

Order on 28th August 25. On 3rd September when I thought the order was on its way I received an email asking to copy and paste text confirming that I am OK if chilled goods go off in transport. Copied and pasted text into my responds but also voiced my frustration that it took them so long to send email and that I would doubt that due to their complicated process the goods would not arrive in time for when I need them. Back comes a reminder advising to send the confirmation re chilled goods. I had just done that. They further informed that they would not post until Monday 5 days after email correspondence and 11 days after was placed. As they use a courier that takes another 4 to 5 days to deliver it would defo not be in time for when I needed it. I asked for a refund which came quickly. Second time this happened.

Ordered some pickled herring from here and it arrived promptly within a couple of days of ordering and very well packaged with a lovely hand written note too!

Will definitely be revisiting again to satisfy my Swedish food cravings! 🇸🇪😋

As good as they always are, I’m half Swedish and live in the UK. Sometimes I’m in Sweden for Kreft season and sometimes I’m not, when I’m not I get my crayfish from scandi kitchen. It always comes so fast and well packaged with a lovely personalised note.

After returning from Norway, we wanted to re-create some of the flavours by ordering ingredients. But my husband decided to try the cinnamon buns too despite them being so different in texture and quality over there. OMG. How fantastic and delicious from ScandiKitchen- must buy again, totally thrilled. And so well packed with a handwritten message too. Sooo impressed. Thanks all there x

Scams!!! Avoid!!!!

I ordered some chocolate & sweet/candy items and was very impressed with the delivery which arrived much sooner than expected. It was also packaged very well. I would 100% buy from here again!
