Raid Fly Spray. It's useless. You have to unload a can on flies and watch them take 20 minutes to die. Is there a zero star options....?

They won't care, they wont refund you, they wont do anything as they are too big to care. Just buy another insect spray product.

Anche se si tratta di un acquisto di pochi euro decido di contattare il servizio clienti agli indirizzi indicati sulla bomboletta.....non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Pensavo fosse una grande e seria azienda ma mi devo ricredere.

I will never purchase their products again. I just bought a 'five pack' of scented bottles for THEIR diffuser and they don't fit. They must have changed either the bottle size OR made a new diffuser. NO MATTER, I'm done with them. I tried their website but it only acknowledges the U.SA. not Canada. I'm done.

Recently bought some neutral shoe polish used it on my motorcycle boots it basically ruined them left a white residue on the boots contacted customer service was asked to send pictures of boots and pictures of the polish tin had nothing back since considering taking legal action against them

The company needs to withdraw this product from all retail sellers.
A rubbish product which does not kill flies.

I bought a can of your Raid Fly Spray, and it's about as much use as a chocolate teapot. After spraying a room of 12ftx5ft and leaving the room entirely closed for 30mins, I found that it had made no difference, and that flies stilled remained. Avery poor product.

Firstly, I have been a loyal “Ziplock’ consumer since they came out. I am loyal to their bags and containers. Others may try - and you can get cheap knockoffs at your local dollar store - but nothing will out perform them. One thing in life that is worth the $$. I bought a new product of theirs and was amazed at how badly thought out it was. I emailed the company and they acknowledged my issues and dealt with my dissatisfaction. I cannot say enough about their products (one exception) or their customer service. How rare these days to be pleased with a huge company like SC JOHNSON. 5Stars.

It's bad enough when Raid fly spray simply does not kill flies but to email them 3 times and be totally ignored is unacceptable. I'll avoid their products in future.

I bought some shoe polish, tin failed, cant use the polish.

emailed, sent pictures, attached address, send some polish??

Oh no, several emails later, duplicate information requested, serial numbers, batch codes, now some secret link to provide financial details so maybe I get some cash.

Too hard, too slow, too rubbish.

Wouldn't trust them further than toilet paper.

Don't buy toilet duck disc because the plunger fails all the time.You press it once and it jams all all come out.I will never buy anything related to sc johnson again.

Don't buy raid fly and wasp killer. I've still half a can left and it won't spray the rest of it.. loads of gas and liquid left that don't seem to come out of the can. Over priced and unusable.

Bought a patio cleaner of theirs which did absolutely nothing. Contacted them with my concerns and they replied to me saying they would provide me a replacement that was assured would work, great service i thought. Two weeks ongoing now and no replacement provided even after numerous attempts to contact them. I feel lied to, angry and ripped off to be honest. A ' family company' 'we make products to improve lives' yet all I've had is upset and my pocket emptied.
