Been 4 days on my 100$ redemption was told it was processed should be reaching my account if it allready hasn’t. Go into my profile to look it still said pending and no one getting back to me in it. Now i guess there’s been a mistake on the approval process. There should be none.

I've played relatively consistently on many sweeps casino sites - between 20 and 30 - and I play very often on about five or six sites. Lastly, these sites all have a great selection of games by a number of great game producers.

I mentioned all of that because I recently came across a new site, Scoop Casino, that also does all of these things extremely well.

On the first day I played, I was fortunate enough to win enough money to meet the $100 minimum redemption requirement. Being new to the site, I was reasonably certain I had completed all the account verification steps required before making a withdrawal, but I wasn't sure. So I reached out to Scoop's Customer Support staff and just a little while later I had a genuinely friendly reply in my inbox, telling me my withdrawal was being processed that very moment. More importantly, the Scoop staff member took the time to thoroughly explain the redemption process to me (the first redemption is a little different than all subsequent redemptions). Despite doing all of these things well, probably what I was most impressed with during my time playing on the Scoop site is their absolutely fantastic selection of games, to include some great poker and Blackjack games that I have only seen on one other site (and that other site got rid of those games probably 18-24 months ago).

I know I was way too long with this review, but I wanted to take the time to really explain how impressed I was with all aspects of the Scoop site and to explain why I will continue to play regularly on their site. Scoop is, in my opinion, among the very best sweeps casinos despite being relatively new and, considering the size and scope of their game choices, they may be my new favorite site... Or, rather, there is definitely no site I like better than Scoop. This is a great site and I couldn't recommend it any higher.
