Excellent moped
I purchased my moped around 1 year ago and waited now to review it. I can confidently say I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a change in pace from cycling. This moped definitely delivered on that, it is a blast to ride around town. The price is well worth the quality of the parts and the moped as a whole. Ive ridden it several miles every day for the past year and it still looks and rides like brand new. The staff are also super helpful. Much appreciated Matt.

Avoid this company bought a moped last year only did 200 miles had 2 services and couldn't get rid of engine management light (that was on when I bought it) can't get them on phone only through email to discuss problem with moped cutting out I paid for an extra year warranty but won't send part without payment up front!!!..I asked what's the point of warranty and they won't reply gave me 2 garages to look into it and theywon't go near it as had problems with this company in past ...I love the bike but you won't have any help with problems as no phone number nightmare and they post a contract number but that's not true as when you phone it immediately directs you to email them so you can't speak to anyone about issues

You purchased your scooter on 13/03/2025, you contacted us over 5 months later on 31st August 2025 and were advised—more than once—that your scooter was overdue for servicing at an approved service centre. Please see below screenshots of the emails sent to you.

Despite this, you chose to ignore that your scooter was overdue servicing at an approved service centre and continued to use the vehicle for over a year without servicing it as required.
You have not serviced your scooter twice as required. You have missed three services at an approved service centre. Instead you have taken your scooter to an unapproved service centre who has not been able to turn your engine light off. The garage is not an approved service centre and you need to take your scooter to an approved service centre. We have clearly told you this by email on 1st March 2026. See below screenshot:

Servicing at an approved service centre is requirement for the continued use and safety of your vehicle and is the case with any scooter or motor vehicle, not just our brand. This is also a requirement under you warranty.
I can also see we also provided you with details of a local approved garage, Mototech, to carry out the required servicing who are happy to service your scooter. Again, you ignored.
Your scooter is supplied with a parts warranty, which you need to adhere to the required servicing schedule. This is standard across all motor vehicles. As you have not serviced your scooter as required, missing three services at an approved service centre, your warranty claim cannot be accepted. This has been clearly explained to you.
On 24th March 2026, we advised you of the cost of the required part which is only £69.20 plus delivery £12.99. See below link:

This again was also not responded to with payment.
There is no scooter or motor vehicle that you can operate over a year without servicing as required and attempt to claim on warranty.
