Disappointing customer service
I use the Sea Kelp soap but was so disappointed when I tried to buy a 5L refill to be told by the Scottish Fine Soap Co. that this was only available to trade customers. I have 6 plastic dispensers and to save the planet and not throw away single use plastic I wanted to refill the bottles. It is such a shame as the product is good but customer service not very helpful.

Quick safe delivery
Quick safe delivery. Ordered lots of little ‘Thank you’ soaps in a tin and they look and sniff fab. Not tried (yet) but know that they will make great tokens for my friends. I am converting from MB to FSS as the sea kelp liquid soap is sooo(p) lovely and smooth beyond beautiful.

LOVELY PRODUCTS
I BOUGHT AFTER SHAVE BALM, FACIAL WASH AND MOISTURISER FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY. HE HAS HAD THEM BEFORE AND LOVES ALL THE PRODUCTS. THEY SMELL LOVELY. THEY FEEL GREAT ON HIS SKIN. HE DOES SAY THAT THE AFTER SHAVE BALM NEEDS A LITTLE STRONGER PERFUME BUT ALL IN ALL HE IS HIGHLY SATISFIED AND A RETURNING CUSTOMER. I LOVE THE SMELL AS WELL.!

Recently bought a selection of the au lait products. I had an unexpected and unusual reaction to the edt au lait noir.
I returned all of the products after raising a concern about the reaction I experienced. No after sales care to speak of, seems I’m the only person in 3 years to have experienced any problems so not refunded for that item. They claimed to have tested the return on volunteers but I’m not convinced that’s what is the done thing with a skin reaction complaint?
I won’t use their products again as they cannot be trusted to be accountable
