After leaving 2 messages and after sending 2 emails over a 2 week period I still heard nothing. Don't waste your time with Scott's Visas. Use a reliable and reputable Company instead.

The high level of customer service provided by Minder Nagra of Scott's was unparalleled. Following my initial inquiry he immediately called me back and guided me faultlessly through the process of getting a 5 year business visa for China. Having made one business trip to China previously this year, the visa company I used on that occasion had got me a single entry visa, having offered no advice or practical support with the application process. Until I contacted Minder I wasn't even aware that a five year visa was a possibility. If I had questions he was available on the phone and very prompt to respond to emails.
