Right from the beginning Simone was brilliant. Prior to agreeing with her as my representative she explained everything to me and my wife. What documents we would need to obtain, requirements, length of process etc. We were very impressed with her reassurance and knowledge. She was great at communicating, explaining everything to us even if it was more than once and also being very honest with us. I would highly recommend her. First time I've every applied for a Visa to Thailand and what a minefield of paperwork it is.

I have just used Scotts Visas to help me get back to Thailand. I only have an I-pad and I am not very tech savvy . Rob Lourens was great and helped me every step of the for getting my visa and CofE. Cant thank him enough and highly recommend if you want a stress free experience. 🙏
