I am impressed with the quality of a sofa bed I bought.
The staff is amazing

Salesperson very helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy for a sale.Shop well layed out to enable the sofas to be seen and tried out for comfort.
Being able to take a swatch home for colour match would be useful, perhaps put a deposit on it to ensure customer returns it to the store

The staff were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They helped me sort out someone to take apart and rebuild my sofa on delivery to get it into my flat. Very pleasant experience all round.

excellent showroom and a very good layout. a good price range, and no hard sell, just good customer service.
the staff were very helpful, i was dealing with chris at kempston branch.
a bit of a problem with access into my house owing to the size of the sofa, although i did give the measurements of all doorways. then having to pay another £300 to get the sofa taken apart and another delivery arranged, this should have been avoided as i paid £2600 for the sofa already.
however, on the whole, including all people involved, an excellent service. thank you.

I dread going furniture shopping but our experience visiting the kempston retail branch was totally relaxing. Nathan greeted us, we asked where a particular sofa was and he took us straight to it. We wasn’t pushed, rushed, no hard selling (which always makes us walk away), any questions were answered and to our surprise there was no hidden charges. I can’t remember the last time we’ve been to a large store and had this kind of service (probably in the 80’s). Other stores take note, this company is now being run as all companies should be. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that the delivery and after service is as good.

What a lovely shop the people there were so friendly and helpful they let u just go round and view the sofas without feeling there constantly behind you but were there to give advice on any sofas you like Chris was so helpful when we needed advise showed us all about the colour scheme what material we could have in the sofa we liked all the staff were so lovely at the Bedford shop oh and the shop had the loveliest smell I’ve ever smelt in a shop
