We're very professional, did what needs to be done, checked everything was working, very polite, no problems.

Greeted us in a friendly manner as we walked through the door , giving us some good information regarding the products , then left us to wander round the store at our leisure, which we were grateful of ( when you get followed around a store it puts us off) then when we needed more information a member of the sales team was available once again no hard sell was used
Bought a sofa from SCS and while the sofa itself is great, the overall experience was very disappointing. My order was initially processed incorrectly, I was misinformed about some sofa features, and the 3-seater footstool does not function properly as demonstrated in store.
I was also charged for additional products and services I did not request, and despite multiple calls and emails, I struggled to get any meaningful response. I even had to travel from Halifax to Birstall in person, only to be told the charges could not be removed.
Overall, poor communication, misleading information, and the way my concerns were handled left me feeling dismissed as a customer. Very frustrating experience despite liking the sofa itself.

I went to your store in Birstall leeds as I arrived the staff was really lovely and friendly
I purchased a settee and chair the guy ou served me was really lovely and chatty can't remember his name but explained everything a bout the purchase
The customer service is very good and the company is great and helpful customer service the time is right as I expected on time they deliver to me so I am happy with everything thank you so much.

On the 21st spent the whole day awaiting delivery and contacting Scs showroom only to be told delivery is expected. At 7pm when I rang the third time was initially told we cannot do anything but after a few attempts they rang warehouse and were told delivery van's tyre was flat so unable to deliver will deliver at 10am on the 22nd. At 10am on the 22nd delivery still not arrived and told we will email warehouse but expect a 2hr wait. At midday get a call to be told sofa has been damaged and will not be delivered. You will need to reorder your sofas. Still we don't know when we will receive our sofa

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the sofas we received from ScS. We have only had the sofas for just over 30 days and we are already experiencing ongoing issues with multiple sofa arms sagging, not clicking properly, and not staying in position correctly.
A technician already attended previously regarding the same issue, however the problem has returned again and additional arms are now faulty too. The sofas now look uneven and the arms do not feel solid or properly supported.
What is most disappointing is that the quality of the sofas delivered does not feel anywhere near the standard of the showroom model we viewed and tested before purchasing. The showroom sofas felt much sturdier, more supportive, and far better built.
For the amount of money paid, we expected a product that would last for many years. Previously, we owned Sofology sofas for over 10 years without problems, so naturally we expected a similar standard of durability and quality here.
Instead, this experience has caused inconvenience, stress, disappointment, and a complete loss of confidence in the long-term durability of the product. If these issues are already happening after only a month, it raises serious concerns about how these sofas will hold up in the future.
