The one thing I hate about going furniture shopping is the moment you walk through the doors someone pounces on you, not giving you a minute to look around. With this experience, we were greeted at the door and left to have a good look around on our own. When we did need assistance, it was given, no pressure. Anita was extremely patient and helpful. Very professional.

Felt welcomed but not pressured by the salesperson (Ashley) when looking around the store. We knew what we were looking for, and ended up buying more than we went in for 😁. The fabric choices are one of the best, and even better that you are not limited to what piece of furniture you want them to go on.

I can’t tell you how delighted we are with our new Suite, the style/colour and size has fitted into our living room amazingly.

Also we needed the sofa as we were moving house and wanted the sofa delivered so the estate agent count take photos.

Lorraine, was the girl who served us. Extremely knowledgable and efficient in her answers. Her communication skills are excellent she detailed by e-mail all the sizes I required to find if the chosen suite would fit into my allocated space , for me this was extremely important as it made the difference of getting the suite I wanted or having to select another.
