Loads of choice and easy going sales people

Staff made it a wonderful experience.

The delivery of my furniture went very smoothly no problems .the men who did the delivery and assembled them did a very good job.

The sales rep was very good, friendly, helpful and patient.
He explained everything then left us alone to choose and was not perturbed when we asked more questions or asked for clarification
Delivery came one month earlier than promised

Right from first ordering our new suite everything wet as smooth as clockwork. When the suite was delivered it came on time and James and Lewis were very polite and friendly, they took all the packaging away with them and were very careful when bringing the sofa and chair in. TOP MARKS EVERYONE.

My wife and I visited the Middlesbrough store and were made welcome with an explanation of how the store was laid out and how the various options were available. Having chosen the sofa we wanted we were helped with the options and the order process. Staff very helpful. Looking forward to delivery of our new sofa. Thank you.

Visited store to ask question about finance Paula answered all questions about products in the store.She helped us choose the furniture we wanted and went through all options very informative and very pleased with service

We had no problem at all when looking around the showroom and selecting our sofa - the sales assistant was very helpful.

However, the wrong sofa was delivered. We had requested one with a footrest, and it was delivered without.

We have since been told that there is nothing that can be done as we should have checked the order confirmation.

The order confirmation uses lots of abbreviations (how would we know what they mean?) and does not even give the name of the sofa. It has a photo of a sofa which, at quick glance, looks like the sofa we ordered, unless you look closely for the specific differences.

Very disappointed as this was not a cheap piece of furniture, and will put us off using SCS again.

Absolutely brilliant service - i was kept informed about my delivery throughout. The delivery men where very careful & polite.

Purchased sofa, that went fine, promised delivery following Friday never turned up. On complaining promised refund of delivery charge, still waiting over 2 weeks later.
Perhaps spend less money on silly TV ads and more on customer service !

Helpful staff not pushy very genuine lots of choice of style size colours and fabric and leathers .usual wait for it to be made and delivery went very smoothly with great delivery team phone call on the day giving times of delivery and all done with no rubbish left behind . I would recommend them to everyone

Got warning when settee due for delivery,Guys were very good who delivered it.Took about 3 months from ordering to delivery but were wane it would.Overall well impressed from start to finish

At 10 weeks given delivery date week ahead so paid off sofa balance.
Then immediately told delay. Thought maybe week or two.
Took further 6 weeks before delivery. Have been verbally promised refund of delivery for delay.

Pleased to say promised delivery refund been paid
