They sent the wrong product and support is falling short
Have bought from them before, until recently they sent the wrong item. Basically an easy check at the warehouse as the color choice was clearly printed on the shipping/order label and did not match the color of the product. Sounds like they have no stock and they just tried to see if I would keep the product. The support from customer support was terrible. Took me forever to get someone on the phone (had to request a callback). Now they point me to Adorama’s page/account (where my order from scuba.com is not located) and I have to waste MY time to print a shipping label (which they are yet to provide), take this to UPS, ship it back, all while out of pocket on $100 and without the product I ordered. I will but from dive rite, paragon or other reputable online scuba stores instead in the future.

Easy return process
Easy return process. Still waiting on an exchange from the same order for sizing reasons. Haven't heard anything about that yet so better communication would be nice. No issues with the process though
