Always have great sales on quality dive gear. Bought a shorty wetsuit at a great price for my wife. Didn’t quite fit so sent it back for an exchange and the new one came really quick. Have bought many items from Scuba.com and they never fail to impress.

Everything You need and more.. easy to navigate web site. Prices seem fair. I’m in Canada and some items are harder to find here! But I’ve always found what I’ve needed on the scuba.com site

They shipped my Mares BC UPS and it was delivered to the wrong address. They say it is not their problem because they say it was marked delivered. UPS says it is not their problem. Scuba.com will not pressure UPS and they don't want to help or guarantee delivery.

Chat gpt says it is the responsibility of Scuba.com to warranty delivery

Everyone was very accommodating.
They even called me and told me about their no hassle return policy. When I ordered my 1st item it was a little small, so I followed their instructions, they covered the shipping back to them, replaced my order with a larger wetsuit per my request, and had it back to me 3 days! They are awesome & that's why I do business with them!

I have been attempting to return an order for three business days, without success.

The first day, I tried the phone route and waited an hour to speak to a customer service rep who knew nothing about SCuBA and asked me to send in photos.

I decided to just use the online route which they provide. The first time I did this with a smaller order, I immediately received sn RMA number and a mailing label.

When I did the same with my larger order, nothing happened after repeated attempts.

I am very frustrated as I assume I have no alternative but to wait endlessly in the phone to get this resolved.

I am afraid they are just trying to “let the click run out” so they can say I am past the return window.

This was my experience. My advice is to proceed cautiously with them.
