Delivery was very prompt, and my only quibble would be that the cardboard sheets protecting the acrylic were not quite up to the job. The delivery men didn’t hang about long enough for me to be able to check everything properly and there was some minor damage to one of the glazing panels….which I decided wasn’t significant enough to do anything about. I was delighted with the accuracy of the cutting of the acrylic, though! It was all spot on, and the order was complete…nothing missing at all…which was a relief too. Fitting the windows was pretty straightforward and they are wonderfully unobtrusive! I have been very impressed by the noise reduction as well as the absence of condensation. It hasn’t been cold enough yet for me to fully appreciate the effects of the insulation, but I’m sure I will! Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product.

Excellent product and service

I live on a main road and the noise levels are a real problem especially at night. I ordered the magnetglaze pro extreme more in hope than expectation. However the reduction in road noises after fitting was far greater than I had even hoped for, it really does work well. Even with buses/lorries flying past there is now just a gentle whoosing noise and cars can pass without any noise being heard at all.
The parts arrived very securely packaged and on time so I am very happy with the quality of the product and the level of service.
Fitting the panels was relatively easy and the 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet was not too heavy to fit and remove, though I think a glass sheet would be quite heavy on larger windows.

The measuring process has to be quite precise, but once submitted and paid, the delivery was very quick indeed, actually so quick there was no time to check the measurements again as suggested in the order confirmation. Fortunately all was OK. The 4mm sheets are quite heavy and I think we would have been OK with 3mm. There is a caution somewhere in the instructions to be careful of sharp edges on the magnetic tape, but some people might not read that far and the caution is certainly needed. After cutting myself once, I wore thin leather gloves thereafter.

Glazing installed in a bed sit in a listed building. Result rather flimsy quite different from the video example on web. Tenant unhappy. Might change to magnetic system with pvc frame around acrylic panels. Much cheaper than professional types which would cost 10x as much.

Very responsive to making a last minute correction to our order and crediting an overpayment. Excellent and unusual level of service in today's world. This is the easiest secondary glazing to install and has made a huge difference to the comfort of our very old property.

The plastic sheets arrived well packed and cut to the exact size and are now in place providing us with secondary glazing over our French doors.

After ordering the secondary glazing for one window two months ago to test it out, I've just ordered it for the rest of my windows. I live in Orkney in a conservation property, so cannot double glaze. My open plan kitchen living room has 4 windows, and I've tested it with one window in this room. I noticed the sound insulation immediately but I had to wait for the weather to get colder to see the insulation. The difference is amazing! In the morning and when I'm cooking, the other three windows completely fog over with condensation and the window with the secondary glazing stays completely clear and dry. My test window was with 2mm polycarbonate and its worked well, but I decided to order 4mm for doing the full property since its so wet and cold in Orkney in winter you can never have too much insulation.
Also I was really impressed with the customer service, they answered all my questions very quickly and it arrived in less than a week (unusual in the islands).

I ordered four sheets of 3mm polycarbonate and associated Superglaze frame strip & screws to secondary glaze the front & back doors & hall windows - all constructed with painted wood.
Ordering was straightforward on-line, delivery prompt, and packaging robust & secure.
Fitting requires accurate measurements, a good mitre saw and reasonable DIY skills.
The PDF instruction download is clear & logical to follow - you must read it carefully to avoid mistakes.
Finished result very neat. As fitted in summer, cannot comment on insulation performance yet, but must be an improvement on single glazing.

I've deducted one star not because of the quality of the product, or the company's customer service. Both are fine. I bought the magnetized system, which was straightforward to install, although you do have to make sure to cut the edging strip making the recommended allowance, otherwise the mitred corners won't be completely neat. One star is dropped because, although the consignment was very well-packaged, the parcel containing the polycarbonate sheets arrived somewhat damaged (it's a pity there's no warning on the single sheet of cardboard covering the panel(s) stating 'fragile, with care'). I didn't notice the damage until the courier had left, and on unpacking I found very slight scuff damage to one sheet. It didn't seem worth making an issue of it, so I let it go. As the order cost £186, it was slightly irritating all the same. When I order again, I'll take the company's advice and be sure to carefully check the package before the driver departs!

Installed for a while now and find they work well.
Bit fiddly to make up but once you get the hang of it, it’s ok.

It would be nice if they could provide a slimline hand for the opening type.

I was looking to order materials for one window, to see what the quality was like, before ordering for other windows. However, the website automatically adds a low order surcharge to any order below £50 to bring it up to that figure. Is it really not worth their while to process an order below this figure? I can only assume this company is so amazingly successful that they can afford to turn customers away. For what it's worth, I have about 20 single-glazed windows and if they'd been prepared to sell me the materials for the first one it might have been worth their while. Going to go find another supplier.
